VINTAGE LUCITE GRAPE CLUSTER DIY | MID-CENTURY MODERN HOME DECOR | HOW-TO HANDMADE RETRO RESIN ART
Hello everyone! For months I have searched at thrift, vintage, and antique stores for these retro mid-century modern styled lucite grape clusters. I've seen a few of them out in my hunt and on second-hand apps like Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and Etsy in more vibrant colors, but I was looking to source them in a neutral color affordably and realized this would be a feat. So I improvised and decided to make them myself with polyester resin and will show you step-by-step how I accomplished this luxury look in a DIY fashion!
My hope was to thrift this aesthetic home decor accessory from Goodwill or another local thrift store chain in my area doing my rounds, but alas, they are much rarer than I expected. So many of you have enjoyed my thrift outings...I definitely have the thrift bug and I thoroughly enjoy showing you all the minimalist, art deco, and mid-century styled vintage thrift finds I've sourced. So I thought it would be fun to show you how to make this home decor accent from the comfort of your space!
