HIGHLIGHTS: AC MILAN - LIVEROOL FINAL | CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2006/2007

players from the 2005 final who will have Steven Gerrard or a lippy but this is his third Champions League final in five just have to do what he's asked to do the jobs right but they would have had some of that probably in their Spanish training the play kind of coming in from the nice expect that the two wait men will happen European Cup stroke Champions League leaders pennant for a Liverpool repeat switches probing back by Otto the search for by Yankee lost it stayed off but wasn't an easy ball to try and take it might not have even been aimed for him it wasn't you know I think Yankee Washington will get to him Gerrard recently heard it might not be the last pennant goalkeeper saves did up and Nesta helped the goalkeeper out Jimmy Pennett angle against him scoring but he walked to go Pirlo comes up Gerrard scoring in the San Siro Paka by Pepe Reina good times because it goes down early for the shot and it sits up kicked off off the ground he wasn't tracked to me bending away Benitez it's reached a Gerrard who can hit them from that sort of range so well maybe just rushed it a little Steven even great players can do it he wants it early goes for the jump on the goal comes out to Alonso Liverpool fans behind that goal up on their toes he just drags it a little Risa loves to shoot sometimes his teammates go on about him might be a pass that he doesn't spot but when you've got a hammer like his why not shoot Alonso and company in terms of a late lunge on Xabi Alonso he's been fired up for five minutes or so now like this and here is Zendon can't rather clear the way for shoot off obviously interesting but it is Pirlo touched it in judging by his reaction you know you just knew 44 minutes in a really decent first half for Liverpool sloppy in their possession when they lost it free kick given away break in Athens Milan 1 Liverpool 0 up front is Descartes sometimes also Zaghi with that predator's touch that just came and missed it here's a Gerrard coming from Liverpool it's a corner when you see the threat there he's playing against Liverpool playing against I don't think you can look at him risky game didn't make the second half two years ago who was substituted the yellow card coming here for Jan Kowalski that's harsh hasn't quite led to Zaghi's goal came from a a slight clearance Seedorf flag is up maybe his time is nigh Gattuso a little bit of sympathy would be a challenge you don't always know if they've made them do come back you can understand fought by winning Champions League and there's hesitation by Carragher surely for Jamie Carragher that would be a brick and he'll never get away with that he was waiting for Agert yeah he was uncertainty between the pair it doesn't happen an awful lot but Jamie shot every Milan player is not there had a bit to go for to Reina's right Carragher across he's got absolutely no help away from Maldini there by Gattuso and it's Steven Gerrard great channel he blasts out he puts his foot through it the score that's gone he's been ragged Friese and he didn't quite set straight away as he can on his left side although we haven't seen much of that tonight but that brittle edge to them as well away from Agert they have nothing they are relying so much Gerrard a touch there by Count Alain Inzaghi and it could have been 1-1 it's a horrible ball it was mailed Gattuso to Kaká 15 minutes or so 3 and a half real aim from Milan and leave one up that's Kewel's heading ability one of them is Clarence Seedorf Gerrard did the defending just to swap on that's better no get Gerrard and that's what Krauts brings Maldini's place in the middle of the defence in the second leg of the semi-final against Manchester to try and make the angle for the cutback lost all the Liverpool players and then back to it here with Inzaghi again it's deservedly you know and this Milan say it's probably him because he's going on his own up there time and time and time again it's Risa it's Crouch not a bad try I just think it's been a hugely strange game Martin Ticoll to have see that that little Crouch has done brilliant there he's knocked a ball to Milan and their supporters if Liverpool could get one and now Hattrick for Inzaghi but how he has justified his Agassi in there it's first Champions League goal has it come in time oh hold on to your hands hold on to your hands I told you don't see it's over lovely little help on in the near post it does get deflection question of offside here he got to it deception so it has to go back Seedorf who's won this competition three times before Alonso wasn't allowed to run to the and since then since Istanbul and in this on the target of his career the game against Manchester delivered because he was injured and he wanted to win and for the winner of the Champions League four times now Kaka big shine he didn't have one pass he played Steven Gerrard Newton had Vandal first Ancel came too late Dirk Koit so nice and easy can we have Berlusconi Milan Berlusconi Milan
