October Garden Tour

October garden tour! This will be the last garden tour of 2019 that has my garden intact with my tropical plants and my houseplants. The next garden tours will be compilation videos featuring the garden at night time and then a final look at my favorite plants and gardening projects of 2019. I went over a lot of my plants in this video but there isn’t enough time to cover everything. The bird of paradise planted in with the alocasia luteas grew wonderfully this year. I’m thrilled to have large tropical plants (my alexander palm) going into flower also. All of the cordyline fruticosa (ti plants) are looking wonderful and I’m loving their pink variegation. Variegated pink plants aren’t so common but with the ti plants and the stromanthe there is a lot of intense color in my garden, even more so if you consider all of the coleus and crotons. I tried to give attention to my houseplants, even though everything that isn’t hardy here is a, “houseplant,” with plants like the dracaena reflexa who put on a lot of growth since it was planted and the variegated monstera ‘thai constellation’ has done lots of growing also! Lastly, how bout them begonias!? STUNNNING!
