Best Tiny Home for Air BnB!

This is Joey Nelson with Park Model Homes working on our other project at Northern Quest Resort and Casino. We have 18 ATH-11s sitting up here at the new RV resort that they have just constructed. Here's kind of a shot here of the park. 18 units, some are one bedrooms, some are two bedrooms. We did the monoslope exterior with the standing c-metal roof. All of the porches come with Trex decking. These stairs were added on on-site, but this deck does come prefabricated at the plant and delivered just like this. We're gonna come inside here. This is just an example of some of the furniture that they're gonna be using, but this is the one bedroom unit. As you can see, we took a lot of the appliances out, mainly because they have a lot of restaurants and things to do here. So we do have a microwave that they can cook with, mini fridge underneath. Here's the entertainment center, fit a fairly large TV on it. Did the tall monoslope roof, LED can lights throughout. These are our Vendura cabinets, real hardwood cabinets, square knobs, soft-close hinges, Corian countertop with a full extension backsplash with the mosaic accent. Came out looking pretty good. Microwave above, and then we're gonna turn around. Here's the bathroom. We extended the countertop over the toilet just for more countertop space, added more lighting above. Here's that mosaic backsplash. Turn over here, big walk-in shower. This is a 60-inch walk-in shower, glass enclosure, does have a seat in there, more storage for all your linens, towels, rags, blow dryers. Lots of storage in these units. These are premium spots. It is an RV park, so you can bring your motorhomes, your fifth wheel trailers, can accommodate for a queen-size mattress easily. More space for a TV, lighting on each side, his and hers, nightstands, swing arm lights. We got the ductless mini split, does heating and cooling, so these units are all electric, no gas needed. We're gonna come back through, back into the hallway here. I like what we did on this plan. We went a little bit wider with it and shortened up the length just to open things up quite a bit more. So it's great for furniture placement. Got a little place over here for a dining room table, maybe a couple chairs, got your couch. But yeah, stay tuned. We will post more videos and pictures of these units. The further along we go, you can still see there's more painting, more finished work to do, but this project's coming along just beautifully. Thursday we've got five more units going in across the street here. We'll get those all plumbed in, hooked up, get the skirting done on those. Been quite the project, but yeah, as you can see, it's coming along just, just great.
