Episode 18: I spent the day with Quiron Cooke a Basketball Free Agent. I went down to Charlotte, NC where we start the day with Ryan Houston his trainer. After that we went to EAT Academy and got some skill work with Teven Jones (Who you will see in a future episode). After that we went to the YMCA and got up some more shots with another trainer.
