I was still living in Ireland at that time. I had some free time on my hands and since I liked restoring things I decided to try and video this one. I was not really serious about restoring, it was more a pastime thing.

This is an oil can from the Beatty Brothers company. This is not an original restoration, instead, I opted to restore the oil can in dark gloss green, I thought it looks good. I could not find any specific info on this oil can other than it is made by The Beatty Bro.LTD company. If I had to guess it would probably be from the late 1930/40s. This oil can was used mainly for electric and engine-driven washing machines.

This is a 1-quart oil can
The diameter of the base is 3 ½”
The overall height is approx. 7” #ASMR
