20 AMAZON SWEATERS _ _ALL_ Designer Looks For Less _ Amazon Fall Haul
All right, y'all.
This is going to be so much fun.
Today, I'm talking about everyone's favorite subject right now, and that is fall, specifically
those fall sweaters.
I'm doing it all on a budget and all from Amazon.
I got so inspired after my recent trends video that I will be showing you some of those high-end
designer brands and retailers, but we're going to get the look for much, much less, so let's
get into the video.
All right.
First up to what I have on, this is a look for less that I spotlighted in that trends
video, and it looked a lot like the designer version from Michael Kors.
That price tag came in around $1,300.
This one is around 33, so that's quite a big difference.
This is an acrylic and polyester blend, and it feels like a medium weight.
I am wearing it in my normal size medium, and I probably could have sized down in this
one.
There's no cuff sleeve, and it has this tapered bell sleeve going on.
It also has a little bit of a tailored look to it, and it's ribbed with two side slits
on each side.
Now, why this works?
It's the same taupe color, same let's call it slightly billowy style, and of course,
they both have the same exposed one shoulder.
This Amazon version also comes in a darker brown, a black, a gray, and a wine.
I really, really love this sweater.
I would have this in every color.
Okay.
This zip-up type shawl collar is what I've really been gravitating to for some reason.
No matter what the retailer, I'm looking for a half zip-up.
I am wearing this in a medium.
It still has plenty of room if you want to layer it up later, and I thought this was
a great price for about $30.
The Nordstrom version though, wait for it, is on sale right now for $281 from its normal
price of $375.
Now, why this one works?
They both have this half zip that makes a shawl collar when it's unzipped.
They both have a nice ribbed detail with no band at the waist.
It's just a straight silhouette, and it makes it a little bit slouchy in all the right ways.
The slight difference is that I have this white one, and the Nordstrom one is more of
a cream color.
This one from Amazon does come in a lot of other colors too.
I actually just went back after it in a beautiful rust color.
Number three, the beloved Amazon Essential Crew Neck Cardigan is back from last year.
This was a bestseller with 4.5 out of 5 stars.
It's a cotton-model and rayon blend that feels so nice, and I actually found a few different
retailers that had similar stylings, but this designer version for over $300 really caught
my eye.
Now, why this suit works is that it has the same type of fit.
They're both a button-up with a crew neckline.
They both are a similar neutral color, and the Amazon version has a lot of colors to
choose from.
They're both a lightweight, smooth sweater knit with a very classic style.
This Amazon version is under $25.
I would order this in your normal size.
I'm wearing this in a medium.
All right, number four, this sweater is gorgeous.
It's a crisscross wrap sweater that looks so nice on.
Now, don't let the cutout on the stomach influence you too much.
You do have a little bit of control over that, especially if you're in a mid or high-rise
pant.
I think this could look really dressy as we're moving into the holiday season too, and it's
only $32.
It looks very similar to this one from Revolve for almost $200.
Now, why this one works is even though the colors aren't exactly the same, the thin rib
detail throughout the sweater is so similar.
It also has that same crisscross style.
This Amazon version, by the way, does also come in a few other colors, including a black
that would look fantastic too.
And number five, I knew I was going to love this chunky cable knit, but I had no idea
of what a bargain I feel that I now got on it.
The Balma version is almost two grand.
What?
Yes, it is a mohair and wool, and I'm sure it's yummy, but still no.
You can even see online it shows low stock at that price.
It's crazy.
Why this one works is it is the same color, although they both also come in a white too.
They have that same wide cable knit pattern.
They both have oversized sleeves and a cropped hem, but it's not too cropped.
It's just going to skim your waistline.
Both also have this large turtleneck neckline.
I think this one is absolutely fantastic.
Okay, number six, stripes are here, all kinds of stripes, and this one is from the Zessica
brand at Amazon.
It has nice wide horizontal stripes and a classic black and white, but y'all, I loved
it so much that I also bought this one in taupe.
Now, I would get your normal size in this for an oversized fit, or you can size down
if you don't want the bulk, and it was very easy to find dupes in this one.
One version was around $300, and the Jason Wu version was almost $400.
So why this one works is the wide horizontal black and white stripes.
They also have a similar crew neckline, an oversized spiel with a dropped shoulder, and
a more traditional length on the sweater, so this one is not cropped, and I think this
is a great interpretation of the more expensive versions for under $35.
Ah, the sweater vest, number seven.
This has already been wildly popular on Amazon in all of the colors.
This is a khaki, and I'm wearing it in my normal size medium.
This is a whole lot of trend going on for only $24.
I also think this is one that anyone can wear.
Now, Revolve had a few different variations of this, one for almost $200, and then another
one for about $300.
The first one is almost completely sold out, so this is a super, super popular style.
But why this works is because they are all V-necks with this cable knit pattern.
They also have a similar tonal coloring, and they all fit slouchy, so they're not fitted
like the more preppy style vests would be.
This is definitely the fashion side of wearing a vest, y'all.
This is another sweater that is back from Amazon Essentials, and it is under $24.
I do have the color Oatmeal Heather, but there are lots of neutrals and bold colors to choose
from.
I'm wearing this in my normal size medium, and Ralph Lauren always has similar stylings
to this.
Their version is $128.
Now, this works because they both have that same lightweight feel.
They both have the vertical cable knit design.
The colors are very similar and both offer more colors.
They also have the same crew neck, a similar fit, so this is not fitted, but it's not oversized
either.
This is going to be great for layering under or over as we get into those winter months.
This is truly a top, in my opinion, that everyone needs.
All right, number nine.
Okay, I'm not quite sure this fits into the category of a sweater, but it's not a sweatshirt
and it's not a jacket, so I will be calling it a sweater.
This is a half zip faux fur sherpa inspired long sleeve top, and it is a cozy feel for
sure.
Now, the Abercrombie version is about $85 and comes in a few other colors as well.
I am just so surprised at how many more expensive retailers already have limited stock on items
that look just like this one.
Why this one works is first, they both have pockets, which I absolutely love that.
They are in the gray and neutral family, and I think they both would look fantastic with
light wash denim.
They also do have the same neckline with this half zip up, and they are both made of polyester
with a fleece interior.
The major difference is that the Abercrombie version has more of a shirt tail hem, and
the Amazon version does have a small band detail at the bottom.
Neither one better or worse, they're just a little different, and for the price difference,
I would get the Amazon one.
Number 10, one of my favorites.
It is just a cozy grandpa sweater in what they're calling beige.
I really like this.
It goes with everything, and it gets 4.5 out of 5 stars with over 10,000 reviews, so everyone
else seems to love it, especially with this price tag.
Even middle range retailers will show similar ones to this for $100 or more, but there's
one from Saks that is almost $800.
Now don't let me stop you if you want to pick that one up, but this dupe works because they're
both a cable knit design with a longer silhouette.
They're both V-necks with contrasting buttons.
One is beige and the other is ivory, so very similar coloring.
They both also have small side pockets, and no matter which one you wear, this is your
grab and use with anything sweater this fall.
Number 11, I was pretty excited about this next one, and it can definitely be a part
of the sweater family.
I'm talking about this ribbed turtleneck dress from Amazon for under $36.
I personally love it in the black, but there are a lot of other solids as well, and this
one is so similar to the one at Nordstrom for over $500.
For this one, I don't think there's anything that isn't the same.
Same color, it's the same length, it has the same relaxed, slightly oversized fit, the
same ribbing at the hemline, and other than the fabrication, which is definitely a thing,
you probably close your eyes, swap them out, and you would never know, and it just makes
me so happy that the budget girl can look and feel her best and have these kinds of
fashionable options.
I absolutely love it.
For $36, you have a whole outfit, an entire outfit, I cannot.
Number 12, since animal prints are here and so popular, I wanted to give this one a shout
out.
You might recognize it from my Nordstrom sale video, and yes, I still love it.
It's an oversized, no button cardigan, and there also is this muted camo print.
I love the pink detail on this.
This is actually under the same link on Amazon.
Now I'm comparing it to the Ted Baker version that is beautiful.
If you're interested, it's currently 60% off.
The original price on this one was $295, and it's currently $118.
But if you're interested in the Amazon one here, this look works because they're both
a jacquard type print.
They both have the same fit and a comparable length.
Neither one of these has front buttons.
Now the Nordstrom version does have a belt that can create a little bit of a jacket look,
but they're both beautiful.
Number 13, as soon as this one hit Amazon, I feel like it took off like a rocket.
It is what long sweaters with legging dreams are made of.
It does come in several solids, and it gets a four and a half out of five stars.
With over 17,000 reviews, this one is wildly popular.
It's been compared a lot to the Free People version at Nordstrom for $128, and it is similar,
especially if you do a front tuck.
But the Free People sweater is more of a high-low, however, it's very close.
But there's one from All Saints at Nordstrom that's pretty close too, and that one is $245.
It does have more of an asymmetrical hem like the Amazon version.
They all have a turtleneck.
They're a rib knit design, and they are really oversized.
So don't get this one unless you can fully commit.
I loved it.
And the reviews on all three designs did say to size down.
So I am wearing a small on this one.
The medium swallowed me.
Okay, I think out of all the sweaters that I'm showing, this one might be the one that
I wear the most.
It is a cable knit hoodie sweater for under $30, and it is a brand new style from a wildly
popular brand on Amazon.
It does have a wide knit loop, and it just looks very relaxed and effortless.
And I like that it almost looks like a v-neck in the way that it hangs.
And there's nothing constricting on this one, so get your normal size.
Admittedly, the Ralph Lauren version for $1,300 is just a nod to this Amazon one, but they
both have a cable knit pattern with a hood as well as a relaxed arm.
But I can just tell that Ralph Lauren one is going to have the dreamiest fabrics.
No one would be mad if we all preferred that one.
It is gorgeous, and it also has a matching cashmere pant.
I'm just saying I wouldn't be mad if that showed up on my front door.
Anyway, I am wearing the Amazon version a lot this season.
There are other colors, but I really think the white one is the one to get.
And you're going to be seeing a lot of this.
Number 15, another style that is never out, is this lightweight sweater turtleneck from
Amazon Essential.
This is a moto cotton blend that comes in so many solids in these stripes as well.
I really liked this because of the thinner stripe design.
This has over 4,000 reviews, and it gets a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
And the quality is truly unbeatable for only $21.
Nordstrom does have a version of this in the reverse color setup for over $300.
The color combo just looks really expensive.
And I can definitely see this layered up with the sailor stripes peeking out of a jacket.
I think that adds a little interest.
There was another high retail version that was a little bit more boxy, but it had the
same stripe detail.
Now I've started to see quite a few of these.
And for the classic fit, I ordered this in a medium, so there's no need to go up or down
in this one.
Number 16, this oversized pullover in this creamy color.
It feels terrific, really feels high quality, and it does have a medium weight.
It gets a 4.5 out of 5 stars, and you don't need to size up to get this oversized look.
And the Bergdorf version is over $400.
Y'all, they look so similar.
This dupe completely works because of the color, the oversized feel, the drop sleeve.
They both have an exposed seam detail with wide ribbing and a blousey hemline.
They also have the same type of neckline.
You have the same slits on each side.
You've got to grab this one if you're a legging wearer, and I think it really does mimic the
other high-end version.
All right, number 17, the varsity, the collegiate look, the preppy look.
They're all so popular, and I thought this was a realistic way to embrace the trend.
It's a cable knit pullover with this v-neck.
I looked at the reviews and decided to size up in this one to a large.
It would have had a more classic fitted feel if I hadn't have done that.
And there are so many variations of this in the designer world.
This cashmere version is almost $200 that has a very similar look and fit.
Both are black with white trim, but there are so many in different color combos that
are $500 to $600.
There's even a Valentino version that costs over $1,500.
It is getting crazy out there, y'all.
Number 18 is this funnel neck gray sweater from Goodthreads.
That's another Amazon brand.
It does have a cloud-like weight to it, and it comes in so many colors.
The brighter colors in this are awesome.
Do not be surprised if you see those in the future on my channel.
In contrast, the Nordstrom version is over $200.
It has the same heathered gray.
It has a very similar sleeve with a ribbed cuff and a classic fit.
The main difference in the two is the side slit on the Amazon one, and I actually think
that tips the scale in favor of this one.
I personally like the Amazon version better.
It's a little bit more slouchy for my lifestyle.
Number 19, everyone needs a wardrobe builder like this $22 v-neck sweater in camel brown.
I am wearing it in my normal size medium, and really any of those neutral solids would
be a great choice.
It gets 4.5 out of 5 stars and has over 10,000 reviews.
The Revolve version is almost $400.
That is quite a wardrobe builder for sure over there.
They do both have the same type of relaxed fit, a nice v-neckline, a straight hemline,
and trust me, I have this in a few colors.
You are not going to be disappointed in the Amazon version.
All right, number 20.
This sweater is a great one to wear by itself.
You can layer it up, leave it unbuttoned, and it is a slouchy oversized look, especially
in the sleeves.
Amazon does have a lot of other color choices, but I have it in white, and I'm wearing this
in my normal size medium.
The Revolve versions are over $125, and they look so much like this one.
They do have balloon oversized sleeves.
You do have the contrasting buttons, a deep ribbed textured detail, and a crop style.
