Vanessa in the Black Forest - on wild boar tracks across the Black Forest

Hello and welcome back. My name is Vanessa Blank from Wild Woman Bushcraft. Another day from my holiday. Actually I check out the area around of my holiday house. Here in the background you can see it. Yeah it is. And around of this house is only forest and I want to check out this forest because in the morning when I have to walk with my dog I found out that there are so many mushrooms and now I am in mushroom fever. So I want to check out the area here around and maybe I visit later waterfalls. Maybe not. I don't know. But you can come with me. Let's go. I just found out that here is a wild boar area. This is not so good in combination with my dog. So I checked that I am always loud because when I'm loud the wild boars notice that someone is coming and they run away. Also in the black forest is the bark beetle but not so much like in my hometown because in my hometown there are landscapes that are damaged because of the bark beetle. And the black forest has many many spruce trees but here is not so much damaged. These are all wild boar tracks. So I think there are many of them. The black forest got his name from the Roman. They arrived this massive forest in the past and they just see trees, trees, trees with no end. They give the black forest the name silver negra which means black forest and they said that there is only forest, wild animals inside and not many humans. So you have to understand that the people have had in the past not really a navigation. So when they came to a hill they can watch a little bit over the hill, have a sight but they only see trees and nothing else. So this must be really impressive. This here are bones from a young cow. I don't know the correct English word. This here is a part of the bones from the back which holds the whole body. And you can see that not a wild animal killed this cow because they cut this piece into two pieces and they put out here in the middle this meat which is in those bones. So a human killed this cow and wild animals put them into the forest. I have at the holiday house a nice barbecue area so maybe I put some steaks on the grill tonight. I'm really hungry now so I had to drive to the supermarket, buy some delicious barbecue meat and later we will see. Normally I would drive to some beautiful waterfalls now in the evening but after the barbecue it is too late. So I go another day and now I just go with Aika for a small walk into the wood and maybe we find some mushrooms again. Let's see. The first mushrooms. I am in the mushroom fever. It is great. So I am so happy that I find here so many mushrooms because in my forest at home I don't find so much. So I'm really happy. I had to stop the video now because my collection bag is full of mushrooms, full with mushrooms and I had to use my shirt now to carry the mushrooms. This means that I have no hand free.
