"Found" Gold Coins While Scuba Diving Sunken Ship! (Explored for Treasure)

Oh my god. What's up guys, Jake here. Today I'm with my buddy Brandon Jordan and today we're teaming up to scuba dive a sunken ship I found in the Chattahoochee River. Not just any sunken ship, apparently this thing is a sunken naval warship from the Civil War era. You know, we've heard rumors about this ever since we started scuba diving, but we've never come across it and the other day when I was scuba diving going down the river, I actually came across the ship itself and I thought it'd be really fun to bring Brandon along and see if we could find some good treasures on the ship. So it's like the ultimate treasure hunt, man. There's no time. We could find gunner ships, dude. There's no telling. If this is from war, this could be crazy. And like what's cool about this too is it's capable of defending itself, so there could be precious metals such as gold and silver on this as well. So I think it's gonna be a ton of fun and I hope you guys enjoy this video. All right, so before we continue diving, I have something I want to tell you guys real quick. So the other day, I had this brilliant prank idea. I don't know why Brandon always gets pranked, but Tristan's in Hawaii, so it's by default I have to prank Brandon. So I ordered a treasure chest online, and since I found this ship, I was like, this is too good to be true, you know? Like, I have to do something with this. So I ordered the treasure chest. I made it look really rustic and old, like it's been sitting in the river for a long time. I bought gold coins, put them in the treasure chest, and I planted it in the shipwreck today for Brandon to find. So we're about to prank Brandon yet again. Hey, make sure you get everything. Get everything. I think you're good. We'll hit it with the metal detector. So this is falling apart, and I honestly cannot believe this, and I don't want to make too much of a scene, but dude, can you believe that? Brandon, can you? Dude, I don't know if it's real. Let's not get too crazy, but I found this suitcase. I was like, oh, that's crazy. Like, oh, a treasure on a ship. And I opened it up, and it dumps out because the box fell apart. Under this is the lid. So I don't know, dude, but let's get it out of the water so we don't drop anything. If it's real, how much do you think it could be worth? I don't know, dude. I mean, these could be like Spanish doubloons or whatever it's called. It is, isn't it? It's a prank. I'm sorry. You pranked me with the real gold. Well, not real gold. It is a prank. Oh my god, dude. Why do you think I was down here yesterday? Well, I like kind of put all that together, and I was just like, it's too good to be true. It's too good to be true. That's good, dude. That's really good. That's really good. Here, give me some for that. I spent a while on that box this morning, and I went and got some good gold coins and everything. How did you get the box to be so old? About a day worth of work. I stained it, ripped the leather. Really? Good for you, dude. I wanted to let it sit in there for like a week. At least you go all out. Yeah. All right, so you want to hear the real story? Yeah. YouTube Brandon Jay is like, let's document it. Let's film it. It's going to be a banger. Inside of Brandon Jay was like, we got to melt it. We got to melt it down and take it to a pawn shop. I don't know. I was just like, how do we deal with this? Oh my god. Justin even played along. Just like, dude, do not tell anybody. There was multiple times where I was pointing at Jacob. I was like, am I recording? I didn't want to stop the clip. You know what I'm saying? I wanted the whole thing. He was like, you're good. You're good. I was like, all right, we're going to keep grabbing coins, dude. Going to keep grabbing coins. Dude, that was good, man. If that was real, it'd be worth so much money. No one would see it on YouTube. No, no one would ever see it. They'd just be like, wow, where did Brandon and Jake disappear to? We would be gone, dude. We'd be flying private jets. Wow, I haven't seen Brandon or Jake's videos on YouTube in a while. How long did you think it was real for? Never once had suspicions while we were picking them up, except when I opened the box, first of all, they just dumped out. When I opened the box, it was just like, gold. I was like, yeah, right. Yeah, right. I freaking started waving. I'm like, and I'm like, guys, come here. I was like, what are the odds? We got Justin with the big camera. We got me. We got Jake. This is filmed so perfectly. I started putting them in the box, and then I was freaking out because the bottom of this box is open. They could fall out. I grabbed the top, put it under the box, and we started filling them up. Then at one point, when I asked Jake, I was like, am I recording? He was like, yeah, you're recording. I was like, I was there like, is this a prank? Underwater, all bubbly. Jake was like, I was like, wow. Because he was like, flicking the dirt, trying to get more gold to pop out. I was like, no, don't disturb it. Don't disturb it. Sure, it's a prank, but I know what it feels like to find gold because to me, it was real. You know what I'm saying? Y'all don't get to experience it. Y'all like, ha ha, whatever. I know what it feels like to be a real treasure hunter. Do you? You know what I'm saying? You out here finding eyeballs. I got Spanish gold that blooms, okay? Could you imagine the chain with the one piece? Matter of fact, I got to keep one of these. I got to make memories out of this one.
