Look, look, look!
The northern lights!
What's the matter, man?
Here we are doing footing in the middle of the highway number one.
I'm on the only highway I'm doing this on, with total freedom.
It's just that we've got a broken car, so we're gonna do the rest of the route like this.
Well, I'm back in Hoffen, the little town where we stopped yesterday for dinner.
But I was totally awake, so I got some provisions.
And so we continue on the road, we have to go north and we have about four hours of this road today.
He touched this palisa because we started the adventure today with Calzador after being todo el planillo done
And then it's like it's been, but good, it'll be worth the pain.
Where do I start?
Well, we've arrived at the hotel where we're going to stay for two nights.
We're in the north, north of Iceland, in the north very central.
It's called the hostel Breka, tomorrow we'll show you out because it's one o'clock and peak of the morning
It's all super dark.
And well, it's been five and a half hours of driving since we went there turning
And the truth is, he's been through it all.
After the supermarket we went well for a while, but then there was a moment
We've been driving for an hour across the country.
It was like a secondary road, it left the main highway and it was all dirt.
Here are some images that José has captured while I was driving that there was a beastly fog,
We were in the fog, we could hardly see anything and that, the truth is, was hard to drive.
Then we left, we went back to the normal highway and it was a past then.
Because we passed some fields that smelled totally of sulfur, or sea tomorrow we'll go there
And then we started seeing auroras and we were excited.
It's been incredible, I'll leave you with some images of what we've seen.
But it's amazing to see the auroras in person.
For those of you who don't know the northern lights, sell as the fogonazos, the sunlight and the sunlight.
When it comes into contact with the Earth, especially with the magnetic field,
Now that we're far north, we're very close to the magnetic pole.
And then when it comes into contact with that magnetic field what it does is that the light spreads out,
It's being attracted by the earth, then it stays there like all the light trail.
And it may leave green traces everywhere, but occasionally we've also seen a little purple.
It was a mixture of blue and red, so nothing, I'll leave you here some pictures,
Some photos and some videos we were able to get, not very good, but good is the equipment we have,
But even so, we enjoyed a Mogollon, which is a bit of a blast.
Look, look, look, look, northern lights, the sea is not seen at all, even me I don't think he sees me,
But good thing, wow, wow, you see red tones uncle, what a thing, what a beast.
We're here on top of the road, which is this halfway up the highway,
I can't see anything but the aurora, but what a chulo tío, it's huge.
That's been the auroras and nothing, that's it we're going to go to bed, tomorrow we start a new day
And nothing, that's very cool, the truth is that it's been very very cool today.
What do you think of the auroras?
Spectacular, son spectaculares, you must come to see them.
The truth is that I went crazy, or I was falling asleep in the car.
And in fact I fell asleep while driving to José and it's that now I'm already with the emotion on top
It was freezing cold and I was without a shelter and I couldn't feel my emotions.
So nothing, that tomorrow more.
Well, start a new day, let's get going, we've gone to breakfast
We're getting free breakfast, it's included and the truth is, it's been great.
And I think that without a doubt this is the best place we've been so far,
It's a room that's quite spacious, two beds of good size,
It has shutters on the windows, hello José.
Good day to you.
And then we can sleep in total darkness and have a bathroom of our own that we haven't had yet.
With a shower, she's a bitch, so the truth is that without pegas,
We're gonna be here two nights.
We 'll leave already in march that as yesterday we were until the dawn
Because we're leaving at 11 a.m. when we usually leave at 9 even before.
So we're going to go there.
And this is where we have the hostel as you see, it's super cool, it's like a bungalow this big
With several rooms inside, they're several blocks away and look at the views,
We're here in the north of Iceland and the sea doesn't make any noise.
I don't know what José is doing now, or there's total tranquility,
With a fantastic view of the whole area, I really recommend this place.
Music
Well, we're already heading towards the first destination today which is Dettifoss, which is a waterfall
Well, now we'll see and I'll tell you some more.
But you gotta do it, you gotta walk a little bit on a ground that's super cool 'cause it's like this
Super desert but in plan of stones and the soil that is of
as in arena volcanica también
The truth is that it's a very chulo ride.
And there at the bottom you see, you start to see ya smoke, bueno humo, yo creo que es como la espuma de
of water pulverised
I don't know if you hear the water noise.
It's a past, or sea we haven't reached the waterfall yet but it's super strong
José told me that he was going to the car, that he was going to this shit, that he is more of a city, he is more of a
I was in the car and we talked.
So nothing, we lost number
We are here in Dettifoss.
This impressive waterfall is the largest waterfall in all of Europe, with over 900 cubic meters per second.
But it's a fucking bestiality, you see all the water falling and how it's all pulverized out there
What happened, by the way José has returned, he has repented, he said that sale del coche, that he was coming again
More impressive than he's seen in my life, look at this, what a bitch.
Because he hasn't been, but it seems to me one of the most impressive things I've ever seen in my life, or even sea.
The northern lights and now this, is what is fucking incredible, what a fucking past
There we have the waterfall of Selfoss, or the dettifoss pardon, that's where we come from
And all this river there at 700 meters, you see a little foam at the end, that's Selfoss
That's where we're going now, that's the other waterfall, but it's
It's quite a little one, O sea, it's like it starts in the Selfoss
This river comes and then you exploit the Dettifoss in a super beast way.
As you can see, there are a lot of roads here adapted to move.
But better, because all these areas in which it is not enabled, or sea, that there is that
I 'll be careful when I move.
There are quite fewer tourists, so that Iceland in general is not a país muy turístico, pero como es una isla pequeña
- Why?
Nothing that has something of people's notice
See where we're going, because this isn't easy.
