When traveling on National Highway 3 from Phnom Penh to Kampot just about 10km from Phnom Penh, you will see people dipping fishes from the flowing water at the bridge along national road 3 . This bridge or dam is originally called Kampong Toul bridge but later is renamed as 7 January Dam as the new built bridge is stronger and bigger. It's in Kandal province and it's about 10km. south of Phnom Penh city. The water is flowing so strong, men gathering on the left and right of the bridge waiting for their turn to dip the fishes. They dip following the water direction, i asked them why don't you dip reverse the water direction? they said it's hard, they can't do it. This is a longer part of the video which i shared 2 days ago.
