How To Make Farmhouse Valentine's Day Decor with Your Cricut Maker
This week we made some Farmhouse Valentine's Day Decor with our Cricut Maker.
So Valentine’s Day is fast approaching! It surprises me how early you see crafts for Valentine’s Day decor in the stores! We went to JoAnn’s last weekend to shop for some Valentine’s Day inspiration and can you believe, everything was already on clearance?! It was only the middle of January! I’m still finding knick knacks from Christmas that I forgot to pack up. It takes some time to switch gears!
Anyway, I digress. We were still able to find some inspiration for our “We can make that….” motto. Before our shopping excursion, I was inspired on Pinterest by the really nice front entry tables all decorated for Valentine’s Day. All the pinks, whites and reds. And went looking for some wall art we could put on our front entry table …. that we don’t have, but have now been inspired to make. Look for that in a future project. And… digressing again… we decided to make some Valentine wall décor.
I showed Garrett my thoughts and inspiration and he was less than inspired, until he decided he could put a “less feminine” spin on Valentine décor. This week we had another “who made it better” challenge, Garrett created a farmhouse inspired Valentine wall art piece and mine was clearly more Zsa Zsa Gabor inspired. J They both turned out great and I have them both displayed in our foyer, just not on the table I have envisioned for the future! We love to hear your feedback, let us know “Who make it better?!”
