The Pozzo di San Patrizio or Saint Patrick's Well. WOW WOW WOW! - Orvieto Italy - ECTV

Hey everybody this is Eric Clark's Travel Videos and I'm here in Orvieto, Italy and I'm going to St. Patrick's Well and I've got my ticket in hand and the ticket is not at the op where you enter but rather at the very top so you got to kind of be aware because you know you end up walking all the way down this hill and then you get there and you have to get a ticket and you have to go all the way back up and then come all the way back down and go all the way back up but anyway so this is St. Patrick's Well and it is amazing it's like a double double rounded helix thingamajigger so you go down on one side come up on the other side there's a little bridge across on the bottom and it is amazing so let's go do this together and that's it right there that's the top of it and the views are amazing so Orvieto is on top of this big big hill and it's a walled city and it's pretty crazy so here we go uh is this it um or do you have to wait for a certain time attention maybe this isn't it maybe it's around the other side no I think that's it right there I think you just have to wait until the right time hmm maybe I'll just watch and see what happens oh you got to do your ticket and then you can open the door and then it goes in rules every visitor is required to purchase a valid ticket blah blah blah I see you scan it and that's what it costs five bucks and now I got it so there it is and that's it okay I'm in and so this is it and so it's really very cool actually I've been in here a couple of times and I think I filmed this a couple of times um and it is really neat I'm just gonna I'm just gonna skip that one so this is what it looks like going down and you see all the holes all look how far down it goes oh my gosh way down there all the holes all the way up so you can see people coming up these sides to get out but so it goes down on one side and up on another side um and it certainly is amazing and it's crowded the line to get a ticket was uh you know a good 10-15 minute wait um that's pretty cool isn't it and I don't know how many steps it is it's a long way down and this is st patrick's well in orvieto and it gets pretty dark in here as you can tell huh from the bottom the view is amazing just because it has all these little holes all the way up and I don't know how many stairs it is coming up though as a worker I'll tell you I'm sorry it's so dark they don't uh they don't make it easy do they they never do and I'm still away way wow wow wow wow wow wow wow amazing keep on going crazy yeah it is amazing I can't zoom out anymore but I'm taking pictures with my camera at the same time so I've got the camera in each hand um and the pictures on that one because it has a 0.5 lens is pretty uh pretty amazing so let me show you what we're looking at here this is my camera can you see that see how that looks let me widen it very cool and that's really cool and you can see the people way down there you see them and look at this and we're not even we're about halfway maybe okay let's keep going let's try to beat the crowd because getting to the bridge and having a little room and space is nice let's bust on this so you cross to the other side and then you can start going back up it's certainly a very big tourist spot and I've seen it on a couple like ancient aliens or something and shows on it before but uh it's uh it's pretty cool and you can't even see anything on this camera except that it's dark and there's lights passing by but uh here I'll stop here and we'll do another picture see how close we are there's the people and this is what it looks like up wow wow okay we're almost to the bottom see it's funny this camera can you see the screen on this one yeah it shows it better but it has a bigger aperture I guess it lets in more light and such but uh let's get to the bottom and then we'll man they really need to put more lights in here wow that is amazing is there a line to cross the bridge oh I guess there is oh my gosh okay so you can't see it but in front of me are probably 10 people wow okay so this is my again my camera and what it sees it sees a bunch of people and phones and lights and everything else but uh a lot we're getting closer so this is what it looks like out there man you certainly can't see it very well can you I'm going to try to add my pictures from the other phone to this video so that you guys get a good representation of what it's like we're coming backwards now how do they come backwards so how many doors are there 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 15 doors maybe crazy crazy and the water is just mucky nasty but uh yeah it's very very cool lots of flashes going off huh wow I'm going to turn this off and go to video I think on that one and see how it does okay everybody this is St. Patrick's well wow wow wow I'll be back everybody okay now we're heading back up and up is it's really hard on this camera to see exactly what there is but it's pretty amazing all right I'm going to turn off this one because it's kind of useless okay this is me climbing the hook and the stairs St. Patrick's well excuse me you think by the after you've been here for a month in Italy the stairs would be no big deal but it's a big deal here you go let me change angles on this way down it's much easier and that's down wow okay still climbing is that trash damn one more time zoomed out wow that's amazing okay we're still moving still moving I thought we were close to being out not so close pardon me horseradish that's it my gosh it is very much worth your five dollars but let me show you the views and this is what it is was it the St. Pietro or St. Patrick's well you know what I might as well show you the times and dates huh there you go holy crap wow okay everybody that's it bye
