Welcome to this episode of Homemade Adventures. I'm Charlie and I would like to take you with us
as we go explore some of the hidden gems up here on the north shore of Oahu. A lot of this stuff
is overlooked. It's not really hidden but it's more overlooked. So on today's episode we're
going to take you to a banyan tree that's been used for film locations. We're going to take you
to a magic bus that's hidden in the forest and we're going to take you to an awesome secluded
skate park that you had no idea was there. Alright, come along with me and let's go.

is routinely used as a filming location for major motion pictures and television shows,
including Lost Empire to the Caribbean. Older banyan trees have prop roots that eventually
grow into trunks as large as the original and many banyan trees live to be several hundred years
old. If you like this video be sure to hit the subscribe button and click the bell to be

resort on the island of Oahu where you can explore tropical paradise and have 12 miles of north shore
biking and hiking trails. It's a 70 year old broken down bus that the trail was built around.
It is the most advanced of the three loops that you can find on the Turtle Bay Resort.
