The five-color floating cake is a traditional cake of the North Vietnamese people, usually made on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, the 3rd day of the third lunar month. Five-color drift cake usually includes 5 colors such as yellow, orange, blue, white, purple... And depending on each family, there will be different color options.

Bánh trôi ngũ sắc là một món bánh truyền thống của người miền Bắc Việt Nam, thường được làm vào dịp Tết hàn thực, mùng 3 tháng 3 âm lịch. Bánh trôi ngũ sắc thường bao gồm 5 màu như màu vàng, màu cam, màu xanh, màu trắng, màu tím.... Và tuỳ vào mỗi gia đình sẽ có những lựa chọn màu sắc khác nhau.
