Values and culture are two different things. Ones belief and ones behaviour.
Choosing beliefs is easy and costs nothing but making them behaviour is difficult and exhausting.
The greatest organisations are all about creating the right culture not just choosing the right values.
We don’t continue to do business with, attend, support, give or serve because of your values but because of your culture.
Your culture is your greatest asset or liability.
