Remodeling a 30.7 square meter (330 square foot) New York City studio for a family of three

This is a studio apartment of 330 square feet in Manhattan, New York City. A young couple bought it in the city where they first met so that they could advance in their careers and raise their new baby boy. The real challenge with this studio apartment is fitting a home office, living area, kitchen, and dining area into 330 square feet while giving their baby boy a separate space that doesn't get disturbed by cooking, talking, and watching TV.
Remodeling the studio apartment can realize the above task. As a designer, I came up with a conceptual design. I hope this video can serve as a hint for the couple to remodel their apartment to maximize the space.
