In this fitness journey update I share what I did this week and actually changed my schedule a little because I really wanted to sleep in on Wednesday. I have been doing well with listening to my body and knowing when I'm full, I loved the suggestions of taking breaks and really thinking about how fast I'm eating. I hope you liked the new background. I had a great time at the pool!
