Plant Shopping || New Tree || New Plants || Tidying & Random Work Outdoors

I started the week off getting to drive for the first time in months! That alone was so much fun, but what would a drive be without shopping for plants? I went by one of my favorite nurseries here in St. Louis called Greenscape Gardens and wow were they stocked on houseplants! I ended up shopping for houseplants and grabbed a few plants that I showed in a plant haul. I went there specifically for Ascepias tuberosa and got much more! Ascot Rainbow Euphorbia, electic lime coleus, ironweed and some zinnias. I also picked up a variegated ficus, but I forgot to show it, i'll make sure to cover it in the august garden tour. Once I finished with the new plants it was time to clear out the space where the new Green Giant Arborvitae was going. Plant Green Giant Arborvitae didn't make it into the video, but it is looking great and in a few years will be great for adding year-round privacy. This Thuja Green Giant / Green Giant Arborvitae is about 10 feet tall already, so imagine how big it will be five years from now. So exciting! I talked a little about some garden design ideas, but the rest of the vlog is mostly just doing little chores to get things cleaned up and rearranged.
