Pretty Fall Plants || Repotting Rotting Cactus & Alocasia || Saturday Vlog
This vlog is a week late, so it is also a little wonky, nothing new there. :)
I started out showing off some cool fall plants, mostly the Brandywine Viburnum and it's glorious late summer to early fall pink and blue berries! After talking about plants, I picked up my thanksgiving cactus and took it to be repotted. This cactus suffered some serious flood damage and needed a lot of tlc. Because this cactus was in the early stages of rot, I unpotted it, cleaned it up and allowed it do dry for a week before replanting it. While waiting for the cactus to dry, i also repotted my alocasia morocco and talked about indoor alocasia care vs outdoor alocasia care. I grow them very differently depending on the time of year and like to blend a soil that will be useful for their wet season(outside) and their dry season when indoors for winter.
