Zayn Malik has definitely been busy this year, a worldwide pandemic hasn't stopped him from getting back together with Gigi Hadid, preparing to welcome a baby with her and even moving home. Although the former boyband member previously lived in his own chic NYC bachelor pad, these days he's sold it and moved in with his baby mama to be. We'll look at the homes Zayn has lived in from London to New York and more. Zayn Malik, or Zayn if you must, is a singer and songwriter who rose to fame thanks to The X Factor and Boyband One Direction. Although he broke out of the band in 2015 to embark on his solo career, they were definitely his ticket to making it big. Not only has he found plenty of success in his career so far, he's also had success in his love life. His on and off again relationship with Gigi Hadid has often been the talk of the town, but it seems like these days the pair is staying together. Since Zayn and Gigi are expecting their first child, of course it was time for Zayn to say goodbye to his bachelor pad in Manhattan and shack up with his girl. The couple spent a lot of the lockdown at Gigi's family ranch in Pennsylvania, but now they're back at their New York City apartment. Gigi just finished giving the place an extreme makeover, so we'll take a look. At the moment, Zayn's net worth is an estimated 65 million, so he didn't need to sell his other place, but I guess it's time to be a family man. We'll be taking a look at where Zayn Malik calls home like his current spot with Gigi, his bachelor pad, and more. Before Zayn put down roots in New York City, he kept a place in England, his homeland. His ultra-contemporary villa was located in Hertfordshire, about 15 miles north of central London. This is where he once lived with his ex-fiancee Perrie Edwards, you know the one he dumped via text. Zayn bought the modern house at the height of his One Direction career for about 4.5 million US. From the exterior, we can see the home looks super clean cut in all whites, and it's sat on a large 25 acre plot of land with complete privacy. Behind sliding gates with flashy stainless steel front doors and a huge roof deck, the boxy 2 story residence had 4 or possibly more bedrooms and 5 baths. Other common areas in Zayn's previous residence included a double height living room and a sleek all-white kitchen that spilled out onto a south-facing deck, overlooking a sprawling lawn. There were also 4 reception rooms, a home movie theatre, and get this, even a pirate-themed pub inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean. Not to mention, other features of Zayn's luxurious home included a home gym, huge wine cellar, steam room, and whirlpool bath. Moving outside of the home, on the grounds you'll find a 3 bedroom guest cottage and even a paddock for the pet dogs. Of course, what large property is complete without a swimming pool and a jacuzzi? You can bet Zayn's place had all of that too. And one other thing, this was the home previously featured in Zayn's 2017 video for the song Still Got Time featuring Party Next Door, and it was far from tame. The lively shoot included numerous extras partying until the wee hours of the morning, and allegedly had the neighbours complaining. An insider told the sun, it was totally wild, there were scantily clad women everywhere dancing in the pool and in the gardens. The strippers all looked similar, blonde with giant boobs, and the music was deafening. Well, now that Zayn is a soon to be dad, hopefully his new neighbours won't have to worry about behaviour like that anymore. That brings us to our next of Zayn's properties, his current home in New York City. Although technically this IS Gigi's apartment, they're both living here now so I'd say he's made himself a home. Around 2016, Gigi purchased an expansive apartment on NoHo's trendy Bond Street for just shy of 4 mil. Reports say their unit is on the second floor of the building and opens up to 10 foot ceilings where the windows are almost the same height. The couple's apartment spans 2,085 square feet of space with two beds and 2.5 baths. It's also extremely private and stalker proof considering the unit has direct access from the elevator lobby, which you can only get to with a concierge. According to Gigi's Instagram, they just finished a huge remodel which came in just in time for Zayn's baby arrival in Chincloser. In the past, we could see the floor plans of the apartment showing a pretty open layout, especially in common areas like the living and dining rooms. In a series of pictures uploaded to Instagram, Gigi showed off her and Zayn's colourful apartment with vibrant print and multi-coloured furniture post-revamp. In the living area now, there's an L-shaped orange and navy sofa with unique cushions all over, as well as a huge centre coffee table with candles, a dream catcher, and more. Gigi's known for her love of cooking, but with a kitchen like they have now, maybe Zayn will also want to get in on the action. From photos we can see the kitchen has a massive yellow island and white and gold for the rest of the counter areas. The glass cabinets beneath the island also show different types of pasta in all different colours, looking like decoration. In the entrance hall, a bright red sign reads, all ages, all colours, all sizes, all cultures, all genders, all beliefs, all religions, all types, all people. We can also see that the couple's New York abode has two levels, likely the bedrooms or the master suite being upstairs. Gigi and Zayn's main bathroom houses a wet room complete with massive bath and marble flooring beyond a big glass door. Gigi also made herself a beauty room with a yellow makeup chair positioned before a Hollywood mirror, and I'm sure Zayn won't be using this room too much. In the building, Zayn and Gigi can also enjoy other amenities offered like the gym which overlooks a sunken garden, the 24-7 concierge and storage units. The couple must've had to agree on which apartment they're going to nest in because prior to moving in with Gigi, Zayn had his own fancy bachelor pad just down the street. So let's take a look. In 2018, public records show that Zayn shelled out over 10.5 million for a loft like penthouse bachelor pad in New York City, literally down the street from where he and Gigi live now. Unfortunately when he put the place on the market last year, he was at a loss, listing it for about 10.2 mil. Zayn's previous luxury penthouse is one of three in a restored six-story former silk showroom built in 1877, converted to high-end condos in 2016. His unit was 3,597 square feet with four beds, four baths, and a covered private roof terrace spanning over 1,000 square feet. Clearly it was bigger than where he's living with Gigi now, but I guess the new family doesn't need that much space. Zayn's previous building had an attended lobby with original details and mosaic tile marble floor, while his apartment had industrial architecture features blended with high-tech creature comforts. This included everything from heated bathroom floors to multi-zone heating and cooling systems. Walking in, there's a spacious L-shaped combo living and dining area with cast iron columns all over, four large windows, hardwood flooring, and brick ceiling with exposed beams. The kitchen is a mix of white marble and stainless steel designer appliances. Two of the guest bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third could also double as a home office or extra den since it's located off the living room and uses the front bathroom. Zayn's previous master suite here had an entrance gallery or dressing hall, two closets with a walk-in, and a roomy marble bathroom. Finally, there's a steel staircase leading to the gorgeous roof terrace with a ton of outdoor entertaining space, and looking over rooftops of the New York City view.
