Around the same time as the 2018 Encino purchase, Kelly listed her Tennessee home for $8.75 million. She paid $3 million for the 20,000 square foot Henderson, Tennessee house in 2012. This property is located on a lake and has seven bedrooms and four acres of property. In 2020, they lowered the price to $7.5 million. In addition, Kelly purchased property in Montana, where she owns a remote 275-acre ranch that features a rustic log cabin that was purchased in 2015 for $2 million. Not too shabby. With it, the mansion comes with 6 acres of land, lakefront property, and both 7 bedrooms, 8 full baths, and 3.5 baths. Some of the home's features are to die for, as the property features a private dock and lake sand volleyball court, pool and spa pavilion, and her very own conservatory. Not to mention the breathtaking waterfront views, manicured landscape, and elegant motor court in the front of the house. The foyer is a grand slam with double spiral staircase that comes complete with a combination of elegant paintings and unique antiques. The dining and living room features hardwood floors and the most dazzling furnishings and chandeliers.
