Manny Pacquiao has had quite the lucrative career, killing it in professional boxing,
garnering a net worth of $220 million.
Pacquiao is considered one of the best pound-for-pound boxers of all time.
In addition to his athletic and political careers, Pacquiao has pursued a number of
business ventures to emerge as a successful entrepreneur.
Oh, and he also owns a crapload of real estate in the Philippines.
The biggest and most lucrative fight of Manny's career took place in May 2015 against longtime
rival Floyd Money Mayweather.
When it was all said and done between his guaranteed purse and pay-per-view bonus earnings,
Manny ended up earning $130 million from one fight.
During his career, he's earned at least $500 million from fights and endorsements.
Not too shabby when you've cleared half a billion dollars in career earnings, boy is
getting paid.
Pacquiao became a household name in boxing.
In fact, from 2008 to 2016, he never earned less than $10 million for a fight.
To date, approximately 20 million people have purchased pay-per-views for Pacquiao's events.
The sum of his 25 pay-per-view bouts equates to approximately $1.3 billion in revenue.
In 2015, he was the second highest paid athlete in the entire world, so needless to say, Manny
will never have to worry about money again.
When you're making the type of bank that Manny has, it was only a matter of time before he
started adding real estate to his portfolio.
And because during his career, he has owned as many as 7 homes in the world that we know
about, we're going to take a look at his American homes.

Alright, let's get into this video.
Manny's first California dig was a gorgeous 2-story property with Spanish-type architecture
that features 4,273 square feet and boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The home was built in 2008, and Manny snagged it in 2009 for $2.1 million.
Located in the highly desirable area of Hancock Park, this home is famously featured on an
episode of MTV Cribs.
The property features a luxurious entry with 22-foot high ceilings and a grand staircase
with framed family photos soaring below the balcony.
Steps from the grand entry lead to Manny's home office and trophy room, decked out with
his career achievements.
We're willing to bet that Manny negotiated a fight or two in there.
Manny's dining room table features a profusion of custom fixtures and fittings, an elegant
chandelier, and cozy fireplace.
The living room is decked out with a wealth of lavish furnishings, yet another fireplace,
and a massive flat-screen television hovering above.
Manny's dig features an extravagant kitchen with grand caesar stone aisle, perfectly centered
in the room.
Miele and Bosch appliances, a floating glass hood, and a built-in coffee bar.
In addition, the kitchen features a butler's pantry with more room than you know what to
do with.
Manny's spa features a spacious master bedroom that comes complete with, you guessed it,
another elegant fireplace, a walk-in closet the size of a boxing ring, and a balcony overlooking
the pool.
The master bathroom is both elegant and modern, that it features a his and hers sinks, large
soaking tub that boasts terrific views, and a large standing glass shower.
As glamorous as the interior of the home is, the backyard is pretty dope.
The backyard features a beautiful pool and spa, with amazing fire and waterfall features.
In addition, the backyard comes complete with a Jacuzzi, outdoor barbecue, lounging area,
and fireplace, perfect for relaxation.
In the heat of Manny Pacquiao's career, he made a huge splash on the real estate market
with a $12.5 million purchase for a Beverly Hills mansion.
Fun fact, it was rumored that Pacquiao also slipped the seller four tickets for the fight
against Floyd Mayweather Jr., valued at $7,500 apiece.
In addition, the home was formerly owned by Sean P. Diddy Combs.
This mansion is located in the exclusive gated community called Summit Circle.
The home spans a whopping 10,000 square feet, and boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms,
with a bright interior and beautiful backyard with stunning views of Beverly Hills.
The dig comes with a list full of impressive amenities, including a circular motor court
with a lighted water fountain, a home theater big enough for 20 people, and an advanced
security system, which can be accessed through mobile devices.
Now, it is estimated that the home theater is reportedly priced at $200,000, and features
a bar for those of you that get thirsty.
Pacquiao's new place features a stunning two-story grand entrance with sweeping staircase
and an elegant chandelier.
Whether you are in the entrance or many of the other rooms, the home features shiny marble
floors, ritzy design details, and sparkling chandeliers throughout.
On the main floor, there are a cluster of large glass sliding doors, which lead to the
stunning backyard, but we'll get to the backyard in just a minute.
The seven-bedroom Mediterranean-style estate is decked out with luxury, including a formal
living room with a wealth of lavish furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and an abundance of oversized
windows, allowing for a profusion of natural light.
The dining room features custom cabinetry, extravagant chandeliers, and yet another fireplace.

Manny's Gourmet Chef's Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and
a large center island accompanied by beautiful custom cabinetry.
In addition, the kitchen features a cute breakfast nook and butler's pantry with tons of space.
As you would expect, Manny's Master Bedroom features ample space and offers mahogany wood
flooring, a balcony boasting spectacular views of the backyard, dual walk-in closets with
a ton of space.

television hovering above.
The Master Bathroom offers bright marble flooring, flashy dual sinks, and a glamorous soaking
tub that boasts chic California views.
In addition, the Master Bathroom features a makeup room with an enormous stand-in shower.
Now, as glamorous as the interior of this home is, the backyard is the showstopper of
this house tour.
The property features resort-like grounds with several patios easily accessible from
virtually every room in the house.
The backyard features a massive high-tech saltwater pool and spa decked out with lavish
outdoor furnishings.
The backyard offers plenty of outdoor entertainment space and comes complete with an outdoor bar,
barbecue, kitchen, and entertainment system.
In addition, the backyard features a fire pit, jacuzzi, rolling lawns, and manicured
grounds, offering the utmost relaxation and tranquility.
Hey, uh, Manny, you think I could get an invite to the pool party, man?
Alright, so I think that will bring this house tour to an end right here.
We got to take a quick look at Manny Pacquiao's homes and all the digs that he snagged in
Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.
After seeing that fancy little adobe he snagged, what did you think?
Was it everything that you'd expect out of Manny Pacquiao?
I mean, personally, I'm a fan of that 20-seat movie theater that Manny has in his Beverly
Hills mansion.
Nothing quite like catching a live televised sporting event in those seats with a beverage
or some popcorn.
Out of Manny's features, which were your faves?
