The superstar baller Ben Simmons, who is best known as the three-time NBA All-Star for the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA, has managed to snag himself some pretty luxurious real estate. Back in June of 2018, Simmons shacked up with Kendall Jenner in a stunning West Hollywood estate, which they rented for a whopping $25,000 a month. Earlier this week, Ben Simmons dropped $17.5 million for a stunning, brand-spanking new mansion located inside the guard-gated Hidden Hills. The home offers 12,000 square feet of living space and boasts 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. And as you'd expect from an NBA All-Star, the home is absolutely packed with luxurious amenities including a soundproof movie theater and a resort-style backyard with pool and cabana. Back in 2018, Ben Simmons and Kendall Jenner had decided to rent a luxurious West Hollywood home for $25K a month before even publicly announcing that they were dating. The kids these days, they're so complicated, eh? The modern two-story estate features 4,000 square feet and boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and all the luxe amenities you can imagine. The grand entry offers glass details with a spiraling staircase touched nicely with an artistic chandelier. The luxurious home offers an open concept including a number of living and dining room spaces, perfect for entertaining. One expansive space includes a living and dining room that features plush furnishings, a three-sided fireplace, large flat screen television, and crystal chandeliers soaring above. Not to mention that this expansive living space is blessed with oversized windows that just flood the space with tons of natural light. The living room flows into the gourmet kitchen which includes all essential high-end appliances, caesar stone countertops, and an enormous center island with plenty of stool seating for all of Kendall's sisters. Additionally, the kitchen comes with a breakfast nook that offers one of many stunning views throughout the home. The master suite features a sitting area, private balcony access with more stunning views of the city, and custom closets with plenty of space to hold Ben and Kendall's swag. The ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like experience that includes Italian tiles, his or hers sinks, an expansive rain shower, and a deep soaking tub perfect for freshening up. When you're dropping $25,000 a month on rent, you want to make sure you're getting the most out of all of these sick features. As you'd expect, the digs include a number of luxe amenities, including one of two wet bars found on the main floor, a screening room, and a sporting events and games room complete with billiards tables. However, like many of these luxurious California homes, the best features are found on the outside. Sliding glass doors open to an enclosed private backyard that includes a swimming pool and areas. I'm telling you, the California lifestyle is all about fusing the indoor and outdoor living together. Additional features include a massive patio space with a BBQ area, pizza oven, fire pit, and second wet bar that was just built for entertaining. Perhaps the 180 degree view of Los Angeles is the icing on the cake for this luxurious backyard. I mean, you know the couple had to have thrown a couple of parties with some A-list celebrities. Throughout Ben and Kendall's complicated relationship, the couple has been on and off again, and most recently, rumored to be back together in January of 2020. However, it does appear that the two are done for good because Ben just, and I mean just, snagged himself a brand spanking new estate in Hidden Hills, California for a whopping $17.5 million. Plus, it's pretty official now that he is dating Maya Jama, which I guess when you can't hit threes, you gotta resort to hitting tens, which I guess you gotta respect. But speaking of who Ben Simmons' heart belongs to, as a Toronto Raptors fan, I think it needs to be clear that we will ALWAYS own Ben Simmons' heart. And if you don't know what I mean, let's roll that clip. Don't you ever forget that happened, Ben. Hidden Hills Home, built in 2021, features 12,000 square feet on a 1.5 acre lot and boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms in the highly coveted guard-gated neighborhood. Ben will be neighbors with a number of A-list celebrities, including Drake, Lil Wayne, and pretty much every Kardashian on the planet, just to name a few. Located behind gates, the modern farmhouse-style estate features a unique charcoal brick reclaimed wood sliding, a house-sized guest house, and two separate swimming pools. The estate comes with a long driveway, two separate motor courts, and a three-car garage attached to the main house, providing ample guest parking if Ben ever wanted to throw a housewarming party. The front exterior also includes mature olive trees, emerald green lawns, and panoramic views of Los Angeles. Upon entry, the property offers a blacked-out foyer with backlit rift oak paneling, sleek contemporary light fixtures, and enormous slabs of grigo marble. Quite possibly the biggest flex is the two custom metal chandeliers that are valued over at $100,000 a piece, a floating fireplace with marble base, and massive brass sliding. As you may expect, the home comes with a number of living and dining room spaces, decked out with sleek furnishings, custom fittings and fixtures, oversized windows, retractable glass walls, cozy fireplace, and a large flat-screen television, offering one of many places to relax. Right off to the dining area includes one of two kitchens, the first being the main designer kitchen that comes with all the commercial grand appliances, marble courts, countertops, and a massive granite island perfectly centered in the room. Additionally, the kitchen comes complete with a custom-made butler's pantry, essential for cooking up a storm. Beyond the great room, a long hallway leads through marble double doors to Ben's very You'll be happy to know that the theater is perfectly furnished to Ben's standards, and that includes a wet bar for those who get thirsty. Further along, the hallway spills into a double-height family room with more custom cabinetry that includes some more unique figurines. Additionally, the room comes with a staircase touched with bonsai trees, which lead to the master suite wing, with secondary wing, and holds the remainder of the bedrooms. While the sleek second kitchen includes high-end appliances, brass and marble paneling, and a breakfast nook with a view, the main kitchen also sports sliding glass pocket doors with an opening to an al fresco dining terrace, giving Ben a meal with a stunning view. Probably one of the most luxurious features of this property is the guesthouse that is bigger than most homes and includes a giant fireplace, sitting area, floor-to-ceiling glass panels overlooking the pool, and a master bathroom decked out in marble with stunning views. The views in this place are crazy. Equally impressive is the guesthouse's walk-in closet that gives off a boutique vibe. Additional backyard features include a barbecue area, kitchenette with a built-in pizza oven, fire pit, and a wet bar worthy of hosting the most prestige pool party. I mean, wow. Just wow.
