Project Time: 2 hours

Tool List:
Table Saw
Miter Saw
Compressor
Brad Nailer
Hammer
Tape Measure
Combination Square
Utility Knife

Materials List:
Trim Lumber (variety)
Wood Glue
Brad Nails (variety)

How To:
1) Clean up window perimeter by cutting insulation foam and caulk with utility knife.
2) If window's aren't flush with drywall, cut custom shims to depth of unevenness. Attach shims with glue and brads to edge of jamb.
3) Mark "reveals" on edge of jambs.
4) Measure, cut and install side casings.
5) Measure for head case assembly
6) Cut fillet, frieze board, and cap piece
7) Route cap piece if necessary with 1/4" round over bit.
8) Build head casing with brads and glue.
9) Set head casing in place and shoot into header with 2" brad nails.
10) Measure for lower sill assembly.
11) Cut "stool" and "apron" pieces.
12) Build sill assembly with brads and glue.
13) Install sill assembly using 2" brad nails.
14) Caulk finished craftsman window casing all all new joins.
15) Step back and admire your work!
