Just as it once served the nation during World War II and the Cold War, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management Weldon Spring Site in Missouri continues to be a valuable asset to the community. This is the story of the site, a look back at its history, and a look forward as it continues to be a symbol of the importance to protect and conserve the environment.
