Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jennifer Aydin lives in a famously luxe mansion that

However, it wasn't always like this for the reality star, and you might be surprised,
here she comes from pretty humble beginnings.
When her plastic surgeon husband was still studying, the family lived in a small Manhattan
apartment which she has given fans a peek of in the past.
Either way, the Aydins have come a long way, and today we'll check out her beautiful
estate.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses, and even though I've done a house tour of
Jennifer Aydin is best known for being a starring cast member on the hit Bravo series The Real
Housewives of New Jersey.
The ambitious mother of 5 grew up in Long Island, and while she used to own her own
jewelry store, she closed it when she got engaged to Dr. Bill Aydin back in 2001.
They've been married for 18 years, and while her husband is busy being a successful plastic
surgeon, Jennifer is busy taking care of their big family and being a reality star.
With an estimated net worth of about 11 million dollars or more, you already know that the
famous housewife has a beautiful property to raise her family.
While every cast member in the Bravo franchise boasts a gorgeous house, some of them stand
out more than others, and Jennifer's mansion is definitely one of those.
We know her estate has a whopping 18 bathrooms, but what else is there to know about the place?
Well, one of my fave features is the his and hers toilets she and her husband have, but
for the rest, you'll have to keep watching.

First of all, let's see just exactly where Jennifer came from.
She's from Long Island, and in 2019, her childhood home actually came up on the market.
Talk about nostalgia.
While it's no mega mansion like the one she lives in today, the white and brick family
home was still spacious and inviting.
At the time it came on the market, Jennifer posted the photos on her Instagram page to
promote the listing in the caption.
The plain view Long Island house I grew up in is for sale.
Contact Rene Milani Realtor for more info.
Jennifer's childhood home was listed for $799K and spanned 2,832 square feet of space
with 5 beds and 3 baths.
Definitely a far cry from her current 18 bathroom residence, but at least there was an in-ground
pool.
The formal living room overlooked the front yard and featured wood floors, while there
was also a 2 car garage.
The kitchen wasn't as modern as her current one that's for sure, but it still had plenty
of space to eat a family meal and black granite counters.
A family room, or great room at the rear of the home, had sliding doors to outside and
heated floors.
Now, when Jennifer was starting her life with her plastic surgeon husband Bill Aiden, they
weren't always as wealthy as they are today.
Earlier this year in an Instagram share, the reality star offered a glimpse into the Manhattan
apartment the couple lived in while Bill was still completing his studies and residency.
Their son Justin was still a baby.
She explained the story in her caption.
It was 2004, Bill was a resident at St. Vincent's in Manhattan.
We lived in subsidized housing for residents since we couldn't afford much.
His parents helped out in those days.
My mom and I had painted our walls to save money, and Bill wanted yellow cause it was
a happy colour.
For Justin's first B-day, my sister handmade all of the Sesame Street decorations.
We did whatever we could to save.
She also shared pics from other places they lived in the past, like when they moved to
Elmsford, New York in 2007, and continued her stories in another post.
It was 2008, after one year in Elmsford, New York, we had to move again, but this time
to Michigan.
We rented again.
And finally, after 2 years of living in Michigan, Jennifer and Bill moved to Jersey, where they
still live to this day.
Only now, they're in a much upgraded mega property.
Let's take a look.
As you already know, Jennifer and her family are currently living in a beautiful New Jersey
mega mansion.
Not to mention, earlier this year she revealed a serene glam home makeover after getting
critiques from fans watching Real Housewives, and Z Gallery was enlisted to redecorate.
Located in Paramus, New Jersey, Jennifer's mansion is situated in a suburban area, about
15 to 20 miles from Midtown Manhattan, and about 8 miles from Upper Manhattan.
Paramus has some of the most restrictive blue laws in the US, banning many businesses from
opening on Sundays, however, the area is also one of the biggest shopping destinations in
the entire nation.
Jennifer's family home is worth an estimated 3 million dollars, and boasts jaw-dropping
features the moment you set foot inside.
The grand foyer has a double staircase with a massive chandelier overhead, spotless white
marble floors, and towering ceilings.
The Adins have 12,000 square feet to wander, along with an 8,000 square foot basement,
9 bedrooms, and 16 to 18 bathrooms.
One thing's for sure, this family isn't short on space.
The reasoning behind the endless amounts of bathrooms?
Apparently, because architects advise Jennifer, the more the merrier.
Well, the architect told me that when you build these houses now, to keep the value,
it's better for every bedroom to have its own bathroom.
So you know what?
I listen to people who have more experience than I do.
But if I'm not mistaken, that's like 2 bathrooms for each bedroom.
Anyways, earlier this year Jennifer also revealed her home makeover where Z Gallery revamped
her entryway, great room, and kitchen.
Her husband Bill is Turkish and loves ornate regal furnishings, which were very apparent
throughout the mansion.
However, Jennifer wanted to modernize the look of the common rooms, and switch things
up.
She described her grand foyer in how happy she was with the results.
I feel it's very calming and inviting, and it's also cozy, while being, I feel, a formal
enough look to entertain in.
The entry wing now has a glass and metal table at the center, and patterned rug, along with
a chic sitting area under the staircase.
Then the great room in Jennifer's mansion boasts a white stone fireplace with TV above,
plush grey rugs, and a matching sectional and chairs.
This room is open to Jennifer's sleek kitchen which has a double height dining space, floor
to ceiling windows, and French doors to outside.
Her kitchen also offers double islands, double ovens, and a speed oven, not to mention plenty
of space to eat and cook with her 5 kids, and more than one gorgeous chandelier.
While giving a tour of her mansion, Jennifer also showed off the formal living room which
was combined with a dining room.
According to her, this is the FANCY room that only the fancy people get to use, and one
look at that furniture and I believe it.
Jennifer has also said that out of the endless bathrooms, most visitors use the third powder
room in the mansion, which is closest to the kitchen, and boasts floor to ceiling porcelain
tile.
Elsewhere, her husband Bill has an office which also includes a private bathroom, decked
out in black crocodile wallpaper for a masculine and contemporary vibe.
Despite Jennifer's fit physique, she claims to be lazy, and the reality star revealed
she prefers to use the home's elevator to get from floor to floor, rather than the stairs.
Upstairs, Jennifer and Bill's epic master retreat has every amenity imaginable and so
much space.
She has a custom made Alaskan king size bed with a tufted purple headboard that's big
enough to fit the whole family.
Other goodies here include a sparkly chandelier, fireplace, flat screen TV, and sitting area.
Moving to her walk-in closet, it's fit for a queen and has space to organize hundreds
of designer bags, shoes, outfits, and more.
In the ensuite bath, Jennifer explained that she and Bill have his and hers water closets
with separate toilets in case they both need one at the same time.
Honestly, I'm a fan of that feature, not gonna lie.
Jennifer's sprawling basement level is definitely a memorable part of the mansion.
Moving downstairs, there's a huge living space with kitchen, bar, family room, and
a large, comfy looking home theatre.
There's also a spa down here with sauna, and down on a sub-basement level, the Aidens
have a full basketball court, which Jennifer was happy to show off.
We can't forget the grounds of the property, which also have more amenities, including
gardens, terraces, an outdoor fire pit, and plenty of lounge chairs to relax on.
This swimming pool is sleek with a built in spa, and there's a separate pool house that
Bill likes to use as an escape home.
The yellow shed on the property however, is full of Jennifer's stuff according to her.
Earlier this year, in April 2021, Jennifer also snapped back at some Housewives drama
when she was accused by another castmate of having a huge mortgage.
According to Jennifer, the Aidens mega mansion is fully paid off.
I found it interesting because I don't have a mortgage, I paid for this property in cash,
we built it halfway, we paid with bank check, and the rest was a construction loan to finish
the bill.
So I actually don't have a mortgage.
Check that attorney.
Anyways, I think I'll wrap up our Jennifer Aiden house tour here.
After looking at the Real Housewives of New Jersey star's custom mega mansion, what did
you guys think?
The palatial property spans over 12,000 square feet and has so many amenities and activities,
it's nearly impossible to keep count.
I adored the basement level of Jennifer's home because the family room was super spacious,
and there was even a movie theater.
I also can't forget the size of her closet, I'm so wishing that was mine right now, I
can't even lie.
Would you guys prefer to hang out in the movie theater downstairs, or the spa with sauna?
Be sure to let me know down in the comments.
I want to know what you liked best about Jennifer's home.
Anyways, thanks for tuning in, don't forget to follow me on Instagram, and I will see
you all in the next video.
