England vs Wales | 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar MOD FIFA 16 | Episode Full Match

Hi there everybody. Delighted to have you along for the ride for this game. Alan Smith has joined me in the commentary position. Game kicked off by England. It's looking good this move. And it leads to this shot. And he scores right into the bottom corner. Well that's the first goal of the game. It's 1-0. This is his situation isn't it? Looking for a goal. He's reached it but I don't know how. Well there. A goal up. Now they've got a corner here. Corner again. It'll be a throw. No nonsense clearance from the defender. Takes the shot off. Great opportunity. Shots on here. Oh that's a fantastic goal. Well that has made it 2-0. A touch of class. A backheel there. Surely he's going to score here. Straight forward stop from an effort from a long long way out. Well they've got a corner. Real concern for the defender. Just happy to get it away. Nervous really. This player's got so much of a boost from scoring that goal. It's giving him an extra yard of pace. Yeah and I think we all thought he was going to score a game there. But he really is looking dangerous. And that's the keeper's athleticism there to make that save. Corner given. Made the save but the ball's still there. And that will end the threat at least for the moment. That's a decent challenge by the opponent. He's done well. Cut out the pass there. What a chance. Saved it. So we're halfway through. Well there's been an interesting match. Certainly intriguing this international scoreline on the first. The start now of the second period. Aggressive team play here. Because the man on the ball is being helped by plenty of it. He's got one or two alternatives. In at goal. Dives away the keeper to keep it out. That will be a corner. Well the losing team have got to do something. And this is it. The substitution. Wasn't very confident defending. But it's done the job. Dangerous moment. And he's going to shoot. Really good defensive header. Having a look at the culprit, the referee. Having given the free kick. First touch was good but he's got to work hard to keep the ball. A timely challenge. Chance for him. Now they lead by three goals to nil. He's played that nicely with a dink upfield. Well reached by the keeper to turn it away. Well the corner count rises and rises. Well here we can see the corner count so far. Well that is a waste of a corner. Oh he's going to shoot now. Really powerful shot. And the goalkeeper able to deal with it. Nice touch. All credit to the team that's got this massive advantage here. They played very well. But the opposition will be feeling that they've contributed to their own downfall here. It's a victory for England. As a match it was rather one sided wasn't it? Because of the capacity of one team. .
