House Republican Leader J.T. Wilcox speaks out against the majority's ongoing push to increase the gas tax (Senate Bill 5483) and impose both a low-carbon fuel standard (House Bill 1091) and cap-and-tax scheme (Senate Bill 5126).
Rep. Wilcox: "This is not good for everyday people. It is as regressive as you can get. And it's very ironic since we've had endless sermons this year about progressive revenue and about the majority party looking out for people that work."
