Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat Full Game Highlights | Jan 8 | 2023 NBA Season

And Jonathan Sterling, Sunday Night Hoops underway. Glad you're with us, and off we all go on another Miami Heat NBA Foosball Rebound of Kyrie Irving. Here's Big Ben Simmons. He's found a home in Brooklyn. That was way off. Put in, though, for the net. Leading the league in field goal percentage, second in the league in blocks. Here's Kyrie. Buries a three. Harry Irving, 26. Play often to respect the drive, but he makes shots like that. Lowry on the cut. Bam on the tip-in. And John just spotted the first. Defense is very underrated. People don't realize how good it is because they're so worried about the firepower on the offensive end. That's Nicholas Claxton. He's old. Got it off to Simmons. Went flying into the stands. Five to shoot. Irving, two to shoot. Will fire, and hit from three. That's giving back to the game that you see out of Kevin. Four to shoot. Hero nearly lost it. Shot clock dwindling again. Highsmith banks it in. A lot of close games. More close games than any team in the NBA. Highsmith takes the attack and finishes. Talked about the high release point and just the way Kevin Durant looks at it as an art. The way he works on his craft to do that. Over, and the rebound flagged down by Lowry. So that defensive possession, a late help from Miami. Again, they just keep showing different looks at Durant. Oladipo in it again. Brooklyn in front. Here's Butler. Guarded by Irving. Butler's step back is true. Simmons on the run with the board. Up ahead to Warren. Warren swooping through and finishing. Tough shoot. Simmons was lurking from behind with Oladipo. Curry and Watanabe have been waiting a while to check in. Oladipo hits it. Butler can't finish it. Durant controls. Irving down the other end will fire and get from three. Passing lanes. Two for one opportunity, and the Nats just didn't really start the possession with urgency. Struggled shooting it this season. Coming off a game in which he had five threes. Irving turn around short. Well, that's the thing about injuries, but also a lot of their players still have just been trying to find their rhythm, but they have guys with potential. Mike Struis comes away with it. Here's Harris. Cutting into the paint. Joe Harris all the way in for two. Beautiful job. Nice look there. Good heads up play. Oladipo. No one got to him. Or out of bounds. Ripping there. Mike just hanging out on the block. Irving on the LAD approves. Call for the Nets to continue to try and move and shift Miami with the type of ball movement and cutting actions. Well, Irving took a big screen it looked like. He's slowed. Here's KD. Hesitated. Didn't matter. Sides get lost on them ball screens. Especially on those switches. You got to be up and ready to jump on that contest. Curry with an answer on the other from the floor against one of the top defenses in the NBA. Harris. And it is going to be Robinson. Good movement that possession. Down the other end. Struis just beat Warren to the cup. Without Nick Claxton for a long time now. He has three fouls. Watanabe in the. What else is new? Big time. Shooting percentage. Kyrie looking to take Hero. Kyrie pedals through and finishes. Lost it. Got it back. Nets back in front now. Hero turns the corner and finishes. Just want to make sure they take the final shot here which they did not at the end of the first quarter. Irving fires and hits from three. Nobody has scored yet in this quarter. Claxton rolling to the rim. Here's Simmons. Dangerous pass there from the rim. Simmons to the hook. Simmons. Butler able to sell the foul. This year. Irving, right wing three. It is good. Kyrie. With it off to Claxton or Simmons. On a bio to the corner. Butler with the answer. Dances into the paint. Kick out O'Neal. Wide open on a three. Here's Butler. Fading on Simmons and able to finish. Nets have gotten a little sloppy in this quarter. Five turnovers in the frame for Brooklyn. That's not what you want. Strews knocks down a three. They've still been playing enough D to be down just one as Durant can't hit. Simmons bats it alive. KD will fire and hit from three. First field goal in five minutes. Order. He's still grabbing at his name. Closing out on Hero. Hero. Strews, five seconds left in the quarter. Strews gets it off to Robinson. He'll hook it in. In this third. Now Claxton switched on Hero. Nets have turned it over three times already in this fourth. Hero. Absolutely like an MVP in the Nets. With the hottest team in the NBA. O'Neal insisting his way. Claxton there for the follow. Boy, the heat defense looking tough in this fourth quarter. They just stay in front. They're switching on everything and they're just staying in front of the ball. Oh, nice delivery. Irving to Claxton after three defenders collapsed. On a pile left alone, but then stripped. O'Neal, Curry, and Watanabe came back. Curry all the way in lays it home. Nice push starting at the defensive end. That's what. State games, including that old parade. It shows you how hot he's been. Iceman. Knocks down. He's been looking. Saw that banker go through early. Here's Simmons. Little push shot is good. And that's a nice job. Here's Curry. Curry. Step back. Jumper is good. Puts the foul. Curry. Gets a free lane and ties it up. Nice take. And you talk about Curry. Durant back in the locker room with a knee injury. Hero long. Now to the Nets respond. Irving turns the corner. Lobbing it up to Claxton. Oh, what a set up from Kyrie. Meanwhile, Nets trying to pull out a win in the meantime. Irving. Oh yeah. Back in. Irving has 29. Curry. He's had a big fourth. Curry. Connex. Pull up J for set. 19-7, Brooklyn outscoring Miami after trailing by nine earlier in the fourth. Butler turns the corner. A little mid-range. Won't go. Rebound Claxton. Quickly got it to Irving. Nets will not take a timeout. Irving with the Nets trailing by one. Will pull. Loose. O'Neal's floater is good. Royce O'Neal puts the Nets in front. Nets in front. Lowry. Looking in. Gets to Butler. Butler. All the way.
