The Last Game of Cristiano Ronaldo in Real Madrid 😢

Welcome back, there is Cristiano Ronaldo walking into the stadium here in Kiev, a little wink. When we played against Juventus and Atletico Madrid, we knew how they were going to play against us. But this Liverpool is so unpredictable. You've said so many things about Ronaldo over the years. Going for an incredible, Glenn Hoddle and first, Darren Fletcher. Thank you Gary, hello again everyone. Competition that's been all about goals this season. Liverpool style, nice and bright with their hands across. It's a cut-out Sadio Mane, special evening, isn't it? That's Marcelo, Benzema. We hope he has a great game. Here's Cristiano Ronaldo. Now Modric for Dani Carvajal. He's got Ronaldo on that side with him. Danger here for Liverpool, Ronaldo! Giving the ball away Liverpool, Ronaldo's on. You always knew he was going to take the shot off. Had to be some effort to fly past the keeper from that angle. I think Van Dijk done really well. Cristiano Ronaldo. Here's Ronaldo. Now Ramos. Now Ronaldo. We've got Manover on this side here, Real. Here's Marcelo. Ronaldo, Benzema. Really important defending him. Liverpool to Carvajal. Ramos to Carvajal. And now Ronaldo. There's a problem here as well, just outclutched his right hamstring. And it was the hamstring that forced him off last season too. Same problem might be there for him now with Spain. Skipped away into Neves' arms, but a good run from Lallana. Here's Benzema and now Marcelo. Here's Benzema, who doesn't necessarily score the goals that he used to, but he really does work the line-up there for Real Madrid. Good chances created by either of them. I think they played him this season. Here's Benzema and then Ronaldo. Casemiro. This goes ball in towards Ronaldo, good save, and then Benzema flags up. One count. Brilliant save initially by Carreras. It was Benzema on the one offside. I think it was a bit of both, it was a brilliant save, and he should have scored. That's great movement from Benzema. Watch Boeing, goes in, makes an overload on Lovren, and he's just offside there. Ronaldo, the first one. ...have lost Dani Carvajal. Trent Alexander-Arnold has in store here whether Cristiano Ronaldo can be the match winner for Real Madrid. Here's Cristiano Ronaldo. Marcelo. It's the bar. I just feel that Liverpool have got a little bit more intent again after this half-time break. They've come out a little bit higher pressing. Down goes Sadio Mane, no foul. Here's Benzema. Good assist. Here again, singing their songs inside the Olympic Stadium here in Kiev. Lovren there with a challenge on Ronaldo. Liverpool certainly have to use that. You've got half an hour, Gareth, anyway. Here is Ronaldo. A relatively quiet night for him. Ronaldo's got Marcelo out there with him on the Real Madrid left. Ronaldo, Marcelo, now Cristiano Ronaldo. He's got Karim Benzema up there with him. Cosi's gonna try and tick out Benzema at the far post. He was clever, Van Dijk, he was pulling his legs back, wasn't he? Strangling the leg out. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Here's Casemiro, Cristiano, Ronaldo's in! Brilliant tackle by Robertson. He took an ace at me, Ronaldo. He's been one of the stars of the show en route to the final, and that's brilliant defended by the young Scotsman. It was brilliant by him, and it was slow by Cristiano. He had to know he was there, he had to feel the presence of Robertson. Here's Ronaldo. Asensio's up there with him, Ronaldo's desperate for a goal. He's an idiot on the field. There's an idiot on the field, and Ramos is shaking to shoot. A marvellous moment for him. He needs some big support there from his team-mates and everyone around him, no matter what his future is. Real have now done that twice, having won five in a row in the 50s and 60s. Sergio Ramos, who has made a habit of picking up the biggest trophies in world football, a European Championship.
