Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp has lived in some gorgeous homes
as you might imagine.
This includes a former home in Mount Olympus, Hollywood Hills, and most recently, her Encino
mansion.
In 2018, Teddi and her husband spent about 4 million dollars on their former contemporary
home in the Mount Olympus neighbourhood of Los Angeles, but in summer of 2020 they listed
it back on the market.
Shortly after, Teddi revealed she was in love with a new property, and the couple had upgraded
it to their 8,550 square foot modern farmhouse in Encino.
Today we'll check out where Teddi calls home past and present.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses, and even though I've done a house tour of
my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe
for anyone.
Teddi Mellencamp is best known for being a star and cast member on the reality TV series
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and she's also the daughter of rockstar John
Mellencamp.
Over the years, she's been super successful, amassing a net worth of about 12 million dollars,
which is combined with her husband Edwin Arroyave, who is the CEO of a company called
Skyline Security.
Teddi made her first appearance on The Real Housewives in 2017, joining the cast in season
8.
In 2020, Teddi announced she won't be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and
she shared with her fans that her contract wasn't renewed.
She explained in her post,
It feels like a breakup almost because you've developed such strong relationships with the
cast, with the crew, and you get to do incredible things that you probably never get to experience
without the show.
Hey guys, it's Kara the Vampire Slayer and I am bringing you another house tour here
on Famous Entertainment.
Today we'll be taking a look at Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp and
where she calls home, including her current Encino estates and a couple of her former
properties.

Back in January of 2018, Megan Ellison, the movie producer daughter of the Oracle billionaire
Larry Ellison, sold the last of her homes in the Mount Olympus neighbourhood, and of
course, the buyers were Teddi and her husband Edwin.
The couple dropped 4.07 million for the 4,309 square foot home that boasted 5 bedrooms and
5.5 bathrooms.
The Ellisons ended up taking a loss on the home for which she originally listed for 5.25
million.
The contemporary abode was decked out in vertical strips of wood and huge walls of glass, offering
amazing views across Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean, and the property offered a shallow
ravine.
The multi-level home had open concept rooms which opened up to multiple decks via automatic
sliding glass Fleetwood doors, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor flow.
The home featured a home gym and an office, where I'm sure Teddi and Edwin got some
work done, and elsewhere there was a cozy living room with fireplace and a formal dining
room.
There were white marble floors and top grade materials, not to mention a custom imported
designer kitchen with chrome details, as well as dual zone heating and cooling throughout.
This modern estate had all the upgrades like a state of the art security system and outside,
a swimming pool surrounded by wood decking.
Outside other features included a koi pond and a meditation garden.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were all stylish in Teddi's former home, offering bathrooms
and closets finished in marble and zebra wood.
While the home was nice, the couple listed it in 2020 for just over 3 million dollars
and moved on.
In August of 2020, Teddi decided to list another one of her homes, this time her Hollywood
Hills property, for 5.9 million dollars after she announced her contract with the Real Housewives
series was not renewed.
The listing was held by The Agency, a real estate company owned by her co-star Kyle Richards
husband Maurizio Umansky, and Teddi had purchased it back in 2017 for just over 4 million dollars.
Situated in the Hollywood Hills, just above the Sunset Strip, the modern estate featured
panoramic city to ocean views from nearly every room.
The couple used this as their main residence, and there were two stories of luxury living
space in her former home, along with an open plan great room with glass pocket doors opening
right up to outside.
There is also a modern kitchen in which Teddi has said she can see everything from, thanks
to the walls of glass and 5 bedrooms throughout.
Both levels of the home had impressive terraces that spanned the entire width of the residence.
Teddi said about the house, one of the great features of this house is no matter what room
you're in you have access to the patio, and this downstairs patio is amazing.
There were also 5 baths throughout, many of which boasted eye-catching marble walls.
Elsewhere there were features like a gym and home office, and Teddi also said the home
gym was one of her fave places in the house.
The home was incredible for entertaining but could work as both a family house or a bachelor
bachelorette pad since it was super stylish as well.
The amazing master suite had features like a walk-in dressing room, and Teddi said she
would spend a lot of time in her impressive bedroom here.
She had it fitted with a cozy white bed underneath a starburst chandelier, and I can see why
she loved the space.
Many of the bedrooms, including her kids rooms, were filled with pink accents, and offered
direct private balcony access as well.
Outside, the amazing pool terrace extended over the hillside and made it feel like you're
floating above the city below.
Besides the pool and heated spa, other amenities outdoors included a dining patio, a lounge,
a courtside bar, barbeque, an outdoor kitchen, play space for the kids, and a basketball
court.
While Teddi's homes in Mount Olympus and the Hollywood Hills may have been impressive,
her and Edwin's 6.5 million dollar modern farmhouse in Encino might just be the nicest
of them all.
Located nearby to some of her former Real Housewives castmates like Kyle Richards, Teddi's
Encino estate features 8,245 square feet, and boasts 7 bedrooms and 7.5 baths.
The beautiful home was built to impress with a grand entryway with 24 foot ceilings, interiors
with wide plank oak flooring, and a living room with bar and wine room.
The home also offers much more outdoor space than the other places, which may have been
a selling point since the couple just welcomed their third child.
The house was built in the trendy modern farmhouse style and is fully gated in private, with
endless outdoor recreation options.
There's nearly a half acre of backyard paradise, boasting a pool with waterfall, a spa, cabana,
putting green, and sports courts, while there's sprawling outdoor space to lounge, cook, dine,
or for the kids to play.
The home offers something for the entire family with interior rooms like a games room, a HUGE
home theater with popcorn machine, and a family room that completely opens up to the deck
outside.
The open plan kitchen has two islands, quartz countertops, luxe sub-zero appliances, and
an additional prep kitchen, so I would say it's definitely family size.
Teddy and Edwin's new master suite is like a mini retreat, with everything from a sitting
room, built-in bar with fridge, walk-in closet, and ensuite with soaking tub.
Of course, there's also a private terrace here.
Since it's a modern farmhouse, the upgraded abode also has all of the latest amenities,
from surround sound, to a full home automation system and a 3-car garage.
And while listing photos didn't show a home gym, I'm sure it won't take Teddy too long
to set one up here.
The exclusive neighbourhood might not be Beverly Hills, but it's close to the shops and restaurants
of Intrua Boulevard, not to mention only a short drive to places like Rodeo Drive if
Teddy wants a change of scenery.
So now we've taken a look at the homes of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddy
Mellencamp, and what did you guys think?
We saw her two former houses in Mount Olympus and the Hollywood Hills, and her current modern
farmhouse in Encino.
Out of the three, which was your fave?
I'm gonna have to go with Teddy's current house since the modern farmhouse style and
size seems the most perfect for her big family.
Not to mention, the upgraded house has all the amenities you could dream about, except
a gym.
Be sure to let me know what you liked or didn't like about Teddy's homes in the comments
down below, or feel free to rate them.
