As you may expect, this palace is just packed with luxe amenities, including a wine cellar
with seating area, movie theater with wet bar, and a pool-spa combo with waterfall features.
However, don't sweat it too much, Wizards fans, because as it turns out, Beal quietly
made another purchase in Bethesda, Maryland.
And let's just say, early reviews look real promising.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a house tour that you do not want to miss.
In these videos, we don't reveal any addresses, and even though we've done house tours of
our own, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe for anybody.

Alright, let's get into this video.
Back in 2016, after Beal signed his record-breaking 5-year, $127 million contract with the Wizards,
he dropped $3.2 million for a newly constructed estate in McLean, Virginia.
The residence includes 12,000 square feet of space on a half-acre lot and boasted six
bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Upon entry, the grand foyer includes a spiraling staircase, custom mahogany doors that lead
to a patio, and a sparkling chandelier soaring above.
The estate includes a number of formal and dining room spaces, offering 10-foot coffered
ceilings, sleek hardwood flooring, and a stone fireplace, as well as elegant chandeliers
hovering above.
Ideal for cooking up a storm, the bright gourmet kitchen includes a Wolf range and all the
essential professional-grade appliances, marble quartz countertops centered on a stunning
granite island.
Additional kitchen features include custom cabinetry and a butler's pantry with ample
storage.
A room fit for a kid includes a master bedroom with crystal chandeliers, wood-burning fireplace,
and private balcony access overlooking the backyard.
Additional master suite features include a spacious seating area with a view and a massive
walk-in closet, perfect for storing all of Bradley's kicks.
While the all-white master bathroom features dual sinks, a colossal soaking tub that can
easily support his 6-foot-5 frame, and a large glass rain shower, ideal for unwinding.
Additional goodies include a makeup station and private balcony access.
Buddy has his own balcony in his bathroom.
For guests lucky enough to visit, you can stay in a bunk room with a built-in bunk bed
and chalkboard wall.
Not a bad spot for Beale and his teammates to do some X's and O's.
Additional interior features include an exercise room decked out with all the machines, his
or her change rooms, and a steam room for post-workouts.
Just in case Beale needs to work out an endorsement deal or another max contract, his estate comes
with a library-slash-home office with custom built-in shelving, custom mahogany doors that
lead to the backyard, and an additional fireplace.
Really getting those CEO vibes with that room, not gonna lie.
Perhaps the biggest selling point of this home has to be the soundproof home theater
with three rows of recliners, a wet bar, and a massive projector screen.
While original listing photos come without the recliners, Beale made sure to spruce up
the room with some leather seats and drinking holders during his stay.
Just because this isn't the lavishest estate in California, does not mean that Beale didn't
know how to splurge with his backyard setup.
For starters, the exterior featured an outdoor patio, and includes a sound system with a
cast-stone fireplace.
While the backyard sports a pool with a built-in slide, hot tub, barbecue area with a built-in
pizza oven, additionally, the grounds include a separate pool house with a kitchenette loft,
and a media center with plush furnishings and a flat-screen television, ideal for catching
some highlights.
With multiple lounging and dining spaces available, Beale certainly made the most out of his backyard
setup.
Not too shabby at all, Brad.
In September of 2020, Beale parted with the starter home after it was sold to entrepreneur
Stephen Sayles.
While Wizards fans began to panic and speculate Beale was leaving town, it turns out the reason
for the sale was that Beale was just upgrading his house.
Property records revealed that the couple acquired a new main residence in Bethesda,
Maryland.
While the property was snagged under the radar, we can confirm that the mansion features 12,000
square feet and includes a tennis court with a guest house for a whopping $7.8 million.
Since the purchase was done discreetly, we do not have any photos, but when we get them
for you, you will hear from us first.
I mean, hey, I'll do another Bradley Beale house tour.
I mean, when you're making record-breaking deals in the NBA, you are bound to spread
your real estate seed to some of the most luxurious homes in the world, and Bradley
Beale is no exception to this case.
In September of 2020, Beale forked out $6.8 million for a 7,200-square-foot compound that
boasts five bedrooms and nine bathrooms in LA's hip Venice neighborhood.
Built in 2020, the brand-spanking-new estate comes with three floors and all the luxe amenities
you could possibly want, including a wine cellar, movie theater, state-of-the-art smart
home technology, and a resort-style backyard.
Beyond towering walls and the secure gate, the compound includes a concrete pathway decorated
with a courtyard, fountains, and stunning greenery.
The grand entrance unlocks an all-white open space with living, dining, and family rooms
decorated with plush furnishings, custom cabinetry, built-in fireplace, and massive
flat-screen television, perfect for entertaining.
The selling point of this home has to be the Fleetwood sliders that open to the luxurious
backyard patio, seamlessly blending the interior with the exterior.
I mean, is it even a luxurious California estate if you can't live the highly-coveted
California lifestyle?
Sorry, just as a Canadian, this indoor-outdoor living stuff is simply something I can only
dream of.
While the open kitchen offers gloss-backed cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, marble
quartz countertops, and a stunning granite island bar that can seat five, additionally,
the kitchen includes a butler's pantry with plenty of space and a gorgeous dining table
with a view.
While the master suite comes with a fireplace surrounded by a wall of exotic stones, private
seating area, and balcony with a walk-in closet big enough to pose as a boutique store, the
En-suite bathroom includes a massive soaking tub with a view, party-sized shower, his or
her sinks, situated on a sleek, cortisol floor.
All of the four family bedrooms are found on the upper level and include their own en-suite
bathrooms.
Other worthy amenities include a powder room and a maid's quarters downstairs.
However, the showstopper has to be the soundproof movie theater, fully furnished to Bradley's
liking, touched nicely with a games room, lounging area, and shuffleboard, as well as
a wet bar.
Additionally, the lower level features a petite gym and yoga studio for the more mindful guests.
The average person probably can't fathom why you'd play basketball in Washington and own
real estate in Los Angeles, however, a lot like these other NBA stars who own real estate
in California, you'll understand why.
Thanks to walls of glass pocket doors, the estate offers multiple dining areas inside
and out, one of which appears to be a lush courtyard with a profusion of alfresco entertaining
spaces.
The backyard comes with a pool-spa combo with waterfall features that actually inspired
a 5-star Amagari Resort in Utah.
Additionally, the grounds boast an outdoor barbecue area, additional wet bar, fire pit,
and fountains giving Beale and company a flawless experience.
Pretty big snag.
Alright, so I think I'll bring this house tour to an end right here.
We got to take a quick look at Bradley Beale's former home in McLean and his new bigs he
picked up in Venice.
After seeing the two spots, what did you think?
Was it everything that you'd expect and more out of Bradley Beale?
I must say, it's hard to compete with that prime California real estate.
Not gonna lie, I wish there was a little bit more intel on that new palace he picked up,
but maybe in time there will be.
Out of all of Bradley's features, which ones were your faves?
I have to go with the movie theater and games room complete with a wet bar in his Venice
home.
