MANGO HAUL January Sales Fashion Try On Styling 2023

Hi guys, I hope you're all doing well. I just wanted to jump on here today and give you a quick video. It is Wednesday. Wednesdays and Sundays are my upload days. However, Wednesday, today, it is my birthday. I'm actually filming this the day before my birthday, so I just thought, to be honest with you, I was gonna have the day off, no upload. But I have a couple of mango boxes that have arrived that I thought, well, I could quickly just jump on here, show you these bits that I have picked up, and get this up so that you have at least a video. I will link all of these items below. I got them a while ago, so they've been reduced in the sale a lot of them, even more so now. So if you do want to shop anything from this video, check out the description box for all the links. I'm gonna start with the main reason why I put in the order in the first place. I was after some heeled boots for over the Christmas period. They are quite high up the leg, hence the size of the box. And they're like a faux leather heeled black boot. What I liked about these in particular was the fact that the leg section isn't too tight. The way that they kind of styled up on the website is almost a little bit ruched down the leg. Oh, by the way, the reason why these have all got labels on and not been worn over the festive period is because I didn't get this delivery in time for going home for Christmas. When I say going home for Christmas to my parents, I stayed with my family over Christmas. I got home and the parcel had already arrived whilst I was away. So anyway, that's why I haven't actually worn any of these items yet. Let's try these boots on so you can see what they look like on, because I feel like I'll just put them on with the leggings that I've got on currently. The leggings that I'm wearing today, by the way, are the Amazon dupe for the Lululemon leggings that I rave about. So these were kind of pricey, kind of premium. They are 100% leather. I think I even said faux leather earlier. I meant leather. Hence the more expensive price tag. But I just feel like if you invest in a good pair of boots, they're the sort of style that you probably won't wear all the time. You're obviously not gonna wear them on a daily basis with them being heels. Well, at least I'm not anyway. Struggling to balance putting them on in the first place. The sort of thing that your feet don't really grow or shrink. So I'll have them forever really. They are higher than I thought they would be. This is the best pair. Well, the only pair of shoes I got. The first item that I got. The next item is actually, again, what I'm wearing. This jumper is also from Mango. It's just a nice kind of thick knit. I'm looking in the mirror there. It's nice and soft. It's not itchy at all. Let me see if this one's in the sale. The boots were 170, down to 129 pounds now. And then I got this one in a medium. It was 49.99 and it is now 35.99. All right, let me get these boots off because I'm not filming the rest of this video in some heel boots. Next up, I got this gorgeous colored fringed blanket. I didn't really realize that Mango have a whole homeware section. And how chunky and cozy does this look? So this came in, there was two different colors. I went for the kind of olive green. They also had a kind of salmony pink color, I wanna say. It's quite big, actually. If I show you, stood back, how big it is. So this was 35.99. I got it in the sale at 29.99. And honestly, this household, you can never have too many throws and blankets with the renovations going on, wanting to keep warm, and also a dog in the house. I just bung the throws in the wash nice and easily. Okay, well, shall I show you? I'll show you this jumper next because you might have seen me wear this in my what I got for Christmas video. So let me try it on so you can see what it looks like on. This was quite a kind of cropped length. So again, I think with jeans, I would probably wear this one or leather leggings or leather trousers, sorry. But yeah, it's kind of like that fair isle, festive kind of print without it being too Christmassy. So it's more of like a winter print. So I might even take this one with me when we go away to Finland in February where it's gonna be all cold outside and I wanna get cozy. I got this one in a medium and it was 50 pounds, half price down to 25. Next up, I got this set which, well, there's these joggers that match this cardigan which is so cozy and such a lovely color. Again, this kind of like deep olive green, I'm really enjoying. I feel like this cardigan, it's got massive sleeves by the way, it's oversized already. So this is a medium. But yeah, this cardigan could easily be dressed up to look quite nice as well with again like leather leggings maybe, just basic white tee, crossbody bag, some chunky boots. So I really love this. It was 49.99 down to 35.99. And then I also got the matching joggers which they are quite big, I will say that. I got these in a small, which I'm so glad I did. Let me move the camera down a bit. Really high-waisted, which is a thumbs up from me. But they're quite long as well. So I feel like I could either maybe roll them up a little bit at the bottoms or I don't know if that looks very good actually. Maybe just roll them up once. But yeah, they are quite long. I feel like it's that sort of material because it's so stretchy that I have no idea how it's gonna wash. Fingers crossed, okay. The bottoms were also 49.99 full price down to 35.99. And yeah, as I said, I think it's lovely. I did also pick up this basic tee, which again, that kind of deep olive color I am loving. I feel like layered up with some gold jewelry would be lovely. Even just like blazer thrown over the top and jeans. I'm a fan of their basic tees and they are so affordable too. I got this one in a medium, it was 15.99 but I paid nine pound something, nine pound something for it. I think it was nine pound 59. Next up I got this jumpsuit, which again was an idea for a Christmas party type outfit, which I was gonna jazz up with some festive earrings and a nice big waist belt. But now that the festive season's pretty much, well, it is over. It is, I suppose, good to have just a basic black jumpsuit but I have something similar. So I probably will return it on that basis. I also would recommend sliding down. This is a medium and I feel like I could have done with a small just to have it a bit more fitted because I feel like that's how it's meant to be. Was 45.99 but I got it for 27. I did also get a cardigan, which I will show you just over this jumpsuit. This just like super slouchy, cozy, really soft. I'm saying really soft with this one. And it's just got a tie waist if you wanted to cinch it in but it is just a good old classic cardigan. I will say actually the sleeves are a little bit short. I think they had two sizes of this one. I went for the medium to large and it was 49.99 but down to 39. So yeah, just a good basic to have in your wardrobe. I also picked up this gorgeous, rich burgundy fringe scarf, which I thought again, like over the festive period would be a really nice color to wear. I feel like this is a good color to wear throughout autumn and winter. I mean, it's that dark that you can barely tell. Well, you can kind of tell, especially against the black. Yeah, such a rich like Bordeaux, I love this color. It's definitely a color I feel like I should wear more of. But anyway, this was in three different colors. They had like a cream, like this color. They also had like a dusky pink color. And then this one, it was 29.99 reduced to 22, I think. I do love it, but I'm unsure on whether or not to keep it because I actually got two scarves for Christmas. Obviously I didn't know at the time of buying this that I was going to get two scarves. So yeah, neither of them are this color though, undecided. Okay, my hair has gotten so frizzy after the amount of taking jumpers on and off and everything. But yeah, this is the last and final item I got. And I love this. Love a striped jumper anyway, but I love this one in particular because, I don't know if you can tell on camera, but it's actually a really dark chocolate brown. So again, something a little bit different. I know usually they're either black or navy. I like the length of it as well. This is it with my leggings on again, which I wore from the start of the video. And yes, it's a lovely length. I got this one in a medium for size reference. And this one's probably the best bargain in terms of the value for money because it was, I think, full price, $35.99, but it's in itself in $19.99. And it is so soft. It's nice and thick. You know, sometimes if you get a jumper that's quite thin, this one's not that. It just feels lovely quality, really, really soft and thick. And yeah, probably my favorite thing from the haul, actually, this. And I do love that green fringed blanket and also the green cardigan itself. But anyway, that is the last and final item that I wanted to share with you. I hope this video was okay. Seems like it's a little last minute throw in there whilst it is my birthday today. And I'm spending it relaxing. I don't really know what we've got planned, to be honest. I'm gonna go see a friend for nurselong.org on Friday. We might do the same on my birthday. I really like going out for food. You know, after all the festivities of Christmas food, New Year's, party food, the sort of going out for food is a bit like, just give me a birthday cake and I'll be happy.
