I was determined to catch a fish to cook and finally did. We fished the Provo River using anything and everything we could think of but only caught one small Brown Trout which we released. My dad feeling sorry for me invited me to fish Cleveland Resevior with him. The fishing was slow at first but got better as the day progressed I caught three with the biggest being a four pound Native Cutthroat Trout. My dad caught two nice Rainbow Trout and we had a great time.

I brought my prize back to the office and cooked lunch for the crew using the Folding Firebox Nano Stove and the Trangia Spirit Burner. I tried to poach the trout using the stainless steel pot with the lid reversed to make a double boiler but had way too much trout for that to work so I cooked the trout in a second pot and lunch was served.

I was able to cook rice and trout for four people without re-fueling the Trangia. Our fourth person couldn't make it so we divided the feast between the three of us. :)
