Crazy Bait Ball Fishing On The Jet Ski SHARKS & TUNA - Ep 168

Oh my god, oh my god, oh yes, I'm on right at the boat. It is so nice, it's been actually windy all day, just caught the late afternoon glass off for a swim. G'day guys, welcome back to another episode, me and Charlie Strider just got down the beach here and we're sort of just winging it today because it's actually so windy everywhere but in this bay. So I don't have the ski, I don't have the boat or anything, we're just in the car and I want to try and get a feed for later. So I got my dive gear and I'm just going to swim off the shore here and hopefully try and find a crayfish or I don't know, something like that. There's so many flies, check it out guys, I got some new blades, it's about time I've had those other ones for so many years, oh yeah, it's got like a pretty little mermaid on it, carbon fibre, soft, super flexy, apparently these are the best so hopefully we'll try them out now. No luck there, no one was home and that wind's starting to pump around the corner, so we're going to hop in the car and head back around the other side, hopefully it's nice there, probably not. Yesterday it just blew all day and we only got that little window, didn't get any crayfish so we're back out here, it's still a little bit windy but a lot better today and we're just going to try and get Charlie a fish maybe, if not I'll try and get in the water for a cray, I've got my little hands for you too and I'll try and get some lunch. We've only got until about midday today and then she's got to get on a plane and fly back. Heaps of birds so I'll chuck a lure around, see if we can get something. Check them all out just up here, they're definitely feeding on some bait, I just sort of want to spook them a little bit so I can chuck the lure so I don't get a bird. There, got him! I had a look at the bait there and it's just like a little bait this big, so I'm going to match it and put this little one on instead of this red-headed looking thing, so hopefully this does the trick and I've seen them, they're like shark mackies and little tuna, so, oh they're just going over there again, I'll change this over and then we'll just go, bang, oh. Oh my god. Watch out birds, silly buggers. Oi, did you get one? Yes. Oh no, that was at the boat, I've got to get it in the water, I've got to walk the plank. What? I have to, it's the rule. Meanwhile. Ah! And we've, like, found so many birds. We need some fish working up here. We're going to have to try and, like, spook them out of the way to get the lure in. Oh, I hit a tuna. I can't believe I had the opportunity to try spear a tuna from the side of the jet ski like that. I did hit one. I don't feel right to keep doing it with the wrong bit of equipment. I wish I had, like, one of those fishing bow and arrows. I reckon I'd nail something so easily. So I'm just going to put it away and keep fishing. I don't want to, you know, miss any fish or lose any fish just because I've got the wrong gear. I don't want to kill anything like that. So we'll keep fishing and see if we can get something delicious for lunch. If not, we'll just keep chucking them back. This is actually insane. There's so much crazy ---- going on right now. There's bait, birds, sharks, fish everywhere. But it's actually starting to glass off a little bit now. So I'm just going to go for a cruise, maybe go for a swim, get Strider on the beach. They're going. Go on. He's like, finally. Woo-hoo. How's that, Strider? Was that a good run? So nice. Look at that. Beautiful. But we've got to go. We've got to go to the airport. Didn't put much cream on my head and I got roasted. Me and Strider are back down the beach. It's going to be an absolutely beautiful sunset. We just watched through all that footage that we got today. And the best clip where Charlie was on a tuna and it got sharked at the back of the boat, for some reason the audio just stopped working. Oh, I'm getting a little bit bogged here. It just stopped working. So I'll roll on that clip. I plan on getting the drone up to some music and I'll see you guys in a couple of days. I thought I'd edit up and drop this episode before my Abrolhos edit because I think the Abrolhos edit is going to be an hour or more long, unless they make a couple. I went pretty hard for four days filming down there. So it's quite a big edit and it's taken me a long time. So for now, enjoy this one and I'll see you guys soon. Thank you so much.
