Nicki Minaj & Kenneth Petty | House Tour | New Calabasas House Tour

Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty are enjoying the good life living in a brand new Calabasas mansion. We've seen a few visuals of the house via her Instagram posts. In this video you get the best look at her new property, that is, if you can take your eyes off of her and look into the background at her new digs. You get another glimpse here of her pulling out of her crib alongside her man Kenneth Petty. However, Nicki is notoriously private with her living situation, and for good reason. But let's just see what we can find out about her luxury digs. In these videos we don't reveal any addresses and even though I've done a house tour of my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe for anyone. With a net worth of over 100 million dollars, you already know rap queen Nicki Minaj is sitting pretty in a California mansion. It was reported that she was currently living in a 7,000 square foot home in the LA neighbourhood of the flats, but when we showed you guys this home you were quick to tell me that Nicki, well she's apparently moved. So where is this new crib? Hey guys, it's Kara the Vampire Slayer here for you on Famous Entertainment with a brand new video, this time trying to debunk the mystery of Nicki Minaj's most recent mansion. So let's get into it. All we know about Nicki's new home is that it's located in the fancy area of Calabasas as well as what we can draw from her IG. Here she is, standing at her front door. We must assume this is a picture of her in her kitchen. And it appears that they have a beautiful baby pink family room where they play with baby papa bear. Then she gave us the closest look we've had at her grotto and swimming pool when she participated in the backyard challenge. We can see that the new backyard totally has a dream resort type vibe. Take a look at their backyard at night. Nicki must've been in the mood for a photoshoot as she changed into an array of different outfits. She's got a view of the city of Los Angeles that we know for sure. Check out the view during the day. Her caption reads, I could still go to my hood, they know my body is good. This place is certainly a breathtaking piece of property. In terms of inside, Nicki has granted us a peek of certain spaces in the home. There's a grand stair hall and entryway which we can see boasts double height ceilings, marble floors and an elegant vibe. In typical Nicki fashion, she also has a beauty room which has hot pink walls and plenty of girly artwork gracing the walls. There are salon chairs too, so the queen doesn't even have to leave the comfort of her mansion to get glammed up. Just last week we hit you guys with an updated house tour of Nicki Minaj and you guys let me know in the comments that she's in fact in a brand new house that she's kept off of the internet to best protect herself, her new baby and her man. Although, I feel like Mr. Kenneth Petty can fend for himself. This is all for a very good reason though. Back in 2017 her LA mansion at the time was burglarized and it was a super personal attack for Nicki. Her house got trashed, her expensive wardrobe was destroyed and bottles of perfume were smashed which might not sound that bad but I can only imagine the smell of her own fragrance now only brings back terrible memories. There was also the house fire that she survived as a child but that's a whole other story. As I mentioned we know that her new house is in Calabasas which puts her in great company amongst countless other celebs. Trashy and still called Calabasas home as does Selena Gomez, Drake's got his YOLO estate nearby, Justin Bieber lived here, Will Smith, Jessica Simpson, I mean if you've watched this channel you know a lot of the homes we cover are in Calabasas, but why this area? Enjoying amazing mountain views away from the city, this area has become the celebrities little slice of heaven. It's comprised of gated communities which provide for the stars all the security they need while also offering them a cozy town with a great school system which is perfect for raising kids. Although we would love to give you more intimate details about Nicki Minaj's most recent residence we need to respect her privacy and just like the rest of the world, get a glimpse into her very luxurious lifestyle via the content she publicly posts via Instagram. But that backyard is breathtaking and that's definitely going up on my vision board of And obviously out front, Nicki has a picture perfect motor court to house all of her million dollar cars. Now, the home that records still show Nicki and Kenneth living in is apparently their former home now. It was pretty impressive, but seemingly had a more retro modern vibe than the new crib. Located in the Los Angeles neighborhood known as The Flats, this 10 million dollar home had 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a total of around 7,000 square feet of living space. There were 14 foot ceilings, 10 foot tall doors, not to mention walls made out of windows and a ton of other details that all give the home a unique look and feel. But I think that her new place is probably even more impressive. Upstairs, Nicki's one-time master suite boasted a luxurious bath with dual amenities, two giant walk-in closets and its own office space as well. Other features in the past crib were a living room with fireplace and skylight, formal dining room and a functional kitchen that flowed out to the terrace. This indoor-outdoor flow also led to the massive and completely private sun-filled backyard where there was a pool and spa combo, along with multiple terraces and a guest house with a gym. So while we sadly don't know anything more about Nicki Minaj's current mansion in Calabasas, we do know the place is certainly stunning. What did you guys think about what we did see?
