One of you guys messaged me on Instagram and thanks to you, we now have Nicki Minaj's actual address. If you tune in regularly, then you'd know I recently did a Nicki Minaj house tour and you'd also know that her current mansion is almost impossible to find. So today we are finally getting a look at her Calabasas crib. No, for real this time. All thanks to you guys. In these videos we don't reveal any addresses and even though I've done a house tour of my own place please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe for anyone. Rap queen Nicki Minaj has amassed a net worth of over 100 million dollars at the time of this recording so you already know she's living the good life. Thanks to Instagram, we've caught glimpses into her current LA mansion including her resort-like pool and grotto out back. We've even seen her very pink beauty room and more. And also, thanks to Instagram, I'm able to connect to you guys which is how I'm able to bring you this new info on Nicki's Calabasas home. As usual though, I can't reveal her address because we do value the celebrity's privacy. I mean, Nicki's kept it quiet for a reason. But we are gonna see exactly how the mansion looks like inside. Right from the jump, we can see this is indeed Nicki's mansion when we look at aerial views. There's that amazing pool that looks like a grotto. Located in the upscale area of Calabasas, California, Nicki's mansion sits on over half acre lot and inside spans 10,000 square feet with 7 beds and 9.5 baths throughout. Now, we don't know how much the queen paid for this palace, but it's currently valued at about $4.3 million. Walking in the mansion, it's all decked out in marble as well and we've seen the same entryway on Nicki's IG, which we can see boasts double-height ceilings, marble floors, and an elegant vibe. The grand stair hall looks more like a ballroom considering the vaulted ceilings and how massive it is. And nearby, you'll find the formal dining room and double-height living room with fireplace and French doors out to a terrace. We can assume this is a pic of Nicki posting up in her kitchen and getting a better look at the room. There are granite counters, chef-grade appliances, and more glass doors out to the deck. There are plenty of other rooms to entertain with mostly a clean white theme throughout. There's a media bonus room, a large family room with bar, fireplace, and backyard access, and elsewhere an office and a home gym. More luxury add-ons in Nicki's mansion include a wine closet, built-in weather station, whatever that is, an elevator, and much more. It appears they have a beautiful baby pink room where they play with baby papa bear. We know the Barbz loves pink because she's also given us a look at her custom pink beauty space. The hot pink walls were not included in listing photos so you already know Nicki added those AFTER she moved in. Here there's also girly artwork on the walls to match as well as salon chairs for the rap queen to get her hair done. Since finding out what her home looks like, we can also see the mansion boasts a home movie theatre as you might expect from a house like this. Nicki's breathtaking master suite has everything, from a balcony to dual walk-in closets and separate toilets for ultimate privacy. Also in the ensuite bath there's a steam shower decked out in glass and amazing views. In fact, it's said Nicki's mansion boasts some of the best city light views in all of Calabasas as well as of the valley. We can see those views maybe even better from the outdoor spaces. Nicki's private grounds include a saltwater pool and spa with pebble tech finish, a beach entry, water slide and solar heating. The rapper gave us a closer look at this amazing pool setup when she participated in the backyard challenge. There is definitely the vibe of a 5 star resort back here and check out how the space looks at night. Nicki must have been in the mood for a photo shoot as she changed into an array of different outfits. The grounds of her mansion also boast a covered patio with misting systems, batting cage for baseball and a fruit orchard. Well, I don't think Nicki will be parting with these panoramic views anytime soon. Not to mention, Nicki has a stunning motor court out front to display her luxury with. Aside from all the goodies this house packs in, it's also in a celeb love neighborhood so Nicki fits right in. Calabasas is also home to the likes of some of the Kardashians, Will Smith, Jeffree Star and many other famous faces. I mean, if you watch this channel, you know a lot of the homes we cover are in Calabasas. But why this area? While enjoying amazing mountain views away from the city, this area has become the celebrity's own little slice of heaven. It's comprised of gated communities which provide for the stars all the security they need while also offering them a cozy town with a great school system perfect for raising kids. While most celebrities aren't as hush-hush with their mansions and they often get published in real estate news, Nicki keeps her addresses on lock but for good reason. Back in 2017, her former alley mansion was burglarized and it was a super personal attack for Nicki with her house getting trashed, her expensive wardrobe destroyed and bottles of perfume smashed. Like, that might not sound too bad, but I can only imagine the smell of her own fragrance now only brings back terrible memories. There was also that house fire she survived as a child, but that's a whole different story. Hey, now that I think about it, her former home involved in the burglary has the same type of vibe as her new one. This mansion was allegedly a rental, one that cost Nicki a reported 35K per month.
