It seems like only yesterday Zendaya was a Disney star on Shake it Up but these days she’s found more success than your average millennial. Aside from starring as MJ the latest Spiderman films, and being the youngest Emmy Award winner for her role on Euphoria, Zendaya has already invested in luxury California real estate. It seems like only yesterday Zendaya was a Disney star on Shake It Up, but these days
she's found more success than your average millennial.
Aside from starring as MJ in the latest Spider-Man films and being the youngest Emmy Award winner
for her role on Euphoria, Zendaya has already invested in luxury California real estate.
Her starter home was a $1.4 million mansion in Northridge, Los Angeles fit for a Disney
princess, and more recently, she picked up a $4 million ranch-style estate in the neighborhood
of Encino.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses, and even though I've done a house tour of
my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe
for anyone.
Zendaya Marie Stormer Coleman, best known simply as Zendaya, is an actress and singer
who began her career as a child star.
Despite her young age, the actress has already snagged some iconic roles such as the leading
lady in Spider-Man, as well as on HBO's Euphoria.
At the time, it's said Zendaya has amassed a net worth of $15 million or more.
Hey guys, it's Kara the Vampire Slayer back with another exclusive house tour here on
Famous Entertainment, this time looking at where Zendaya calls home, including her two
California mansions.

Now let's get into this video.
When she was barely 20, Zendaya bought her first home for $1.4 million, and it's pretty
gorgeous for a starter home.
This Mediterranean-style spread was newly rebuilt and located in Northridge, California,
the north area of LA in the San Fernando Valley.
The home spans 4,155 square feet of living space inside, with five beds and five baths.
The entryway is detailed with a custom iron door, a grand entryway, and vaulted ceilings.
Zendaya has said that her fave part is the impressive peninsula stairway, which she refers
to as a Cinderella spiral staircase.
Throughout the residence, there's ambient lighting, making it perfect for photo ops
and selfies.
We also know the actress loves hosting her family and friends, so the lighting sets the
mood.
This mansion has a gourmet chef's kitchen with marble backsplash and state-of-the-art
appliances.
Then, separate living, dining, and family rooms complete the main floor.
Zendaya's sprawling master bedroom features a fireplace, vanity, and powder room, walk-in
closet, and a large walk-out balcony.
The master bath is all marble, and there's an enormous standing tub which definitely
is the centerpiece of the room.
French doors on the ground level lead out to the expansive yard and patio.
Aside from the grassy lawn, there's also a built-in BBQ with a tiled bar, as well as
a beautiful blue pool and spa.
Shortly after she bought the home, Zendaya said she filled the pool with floaties like
a donut and a big white swan.
It's safe to say this pool has definitely been utilized.
When you walk in the backyard, the gate is lined in red flowers, and she seems to have
lemon trees out there too.
There are other fruit and blossom trees all over, as well as an additional seating area
in the garden.
Now let's take a look at Zendaya's more recent home in the San Fernando Valley.
Although records show the deal closed last year, it's only a few months ago that her
quiet purchase of a multi-acre compound has surfaced, for which she paid a cool 4 million
dollars.
Tucked away in the celeb-favoured neighborhood of Encino on 4 acres of land, Zendaya is neighbours
with people like Selena Gomez, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, and more.
The entire spread is completely private, invisible from the street down a long driveway, and
secured behind camera-watched gates.
There's a sprawling main house, guest house and a pool area here.
Inside, her home spans 5,133 square feet, with 6 beds and 7 baths, so it's only slightly
bigger than her Northridge place.
The magical property, as per the listing, offers stunning views, enormous flatland,
hiking trails and mature trees.
Originally built in 1939, the sprawling ranch-style main house has clearly undergone several significant
renovations through the years, as now it's modernized and fresh.
Interiors boast beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, and a lot of white walls and accents,
matching the exterior of the house.
There's a light and bright main living area with white stone fireplace high ceilings and
glass French doors on either side to access the outside.
The house also has a giant open kitchen with granite countertops and designer stainless
steel appliances, plus some casual eating areas.
And throughout the home, there are multiple fireplaces.
The actress' master suite is roomy, and of course it has a lot of light.
The ensuite bathroom is marble with a built-in soaking tub, perfect for relaxing, and there's
also a wraparound private balcony with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders leading you outside.
Elsewhere on the property, there's a shed-like guest house with its own bathroom, potential
bedroom, and a kitchen.
In photos, it seems that there was also a games room corner by the looks of the pool
table.
Other amenities at the estate include a recently installed pool with inset spa and surrounding
stone patio, sprawling lawns, and a circular motor court.
Records reveal she actually put the property up for rental grabs late last year for 12.9K
per month, but the home has since been taken off the market.
Alright, so now we've checked out both of Zendaya's homes, one in Northridge, and
her ranch-style spread in Encino.
That wraps up this house tour, but out of the two properties, which was your favorite?
I definitely liked them both, but something about the layout of her first home in Northridge
and the Mediterranean villa style really stood out to me.
Either way, they're both exceptional, and she has great taste.
Be sure to drop a comment below about your thoughts on Zendaya's homes, and let me
know whose homes we should feature next on here.

the next video.
