Just because power couple Will and Jada Pinkett Smith already own 8 or more properties, doesn't mean they've stopped purchasing luxury real estate. Just last month, it was reported that the Smiths dropped over $11 million on a newly built Napa Modern-style home in Hidden Hills, not too far from their long-time main residence. Their $42 million custom compound is located just outside Calabasas and it boasts Moroccan-inspired vibes inside, with earthy tones and rich colours throughout. Today, we'll check out where Will and Jada call home, including their newest purchase. In these videos we don't reveal any addresses and even though I've done a house tour of my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe for anyone. They may have surprised fans when they recently revealed their marriage was non-monogamous, but it's no doubt that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are a power couple to be reckoned with. Together, the pair has not only created a beautiful family, but they've also built an empire with a whopping net worth estimated at over $370 million. Obviously the Smiths don't need another mansion considering they already own multiple across the US and live in an estate so massive that it has its own zip code. Regardless, just this fall, Will and Jada reportedly shelled out $11.3 million for a stunning estate in the famed Hidden Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. Their neighbors in this exclusive community will include the likes of Jeffree Star, Tequila Cuoco, and of course, much of the Kardashian-Jenner clan and the Smiths' new property, while it spans 1.19 acres of land. The mansion was built new in 2020 and covers two levels, as well as 10,417 square feet of space. It's described as Napa modern in the design style, and it's tucked at the end of a street behind a long driveway, providing the ultimate in security and privacy. Will and Jada can enjoy plenty of open plan living spaces here alongside six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. There are endless options of rooms to entertain in, while sliding glass walls allow for an indoor-outdoor vibe and a lot of sunlight. The front door is also glass, allowing for views straight through the house to the outdoor space. There's double height entryway with stairs leading to the upper level, and most of the interiors follow a neutral colored and contemporary theme. Will and Jada can kick back in the airy living room, which features a fireplace and wall mounted TV, and this space adjoins the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen here is roomy and has two islands, one with bar-style seating and one more ideal for food prep. There's also a butler's pantry and a full wall of glass sliders out to a patio. While this house will seem massive to most of us normal folk, the Smiths' main residence is a 100-acre compound, so this property may be meant for cozier moments and a bit of a retreat. The main level also has a large dining room with glass-encased wine fridge for hosting guests in style, and elsewhere there's a formal sitting room and games room with billiards table, wet bar, and serving window. When Will and Jada want to watch themselves on the big screen, they can do so in the comfort of their own home. As of course, there's a custom-built theater with upholstered velvet walls, as well as plush seating. Another cool feature in this crib is the home gym with its own steam shower. All 6 of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, while the master retreat boasts a fireplace sitting lounge, two dressing rooms, as well as a built-in refrigerator and a coffee bar. Moving through the many glass doors out to the grounds of Will and Jada's new crib, there are stone patios perfect for entertaining outdoors, as well as a full outdoor kitchen with barbeque. The infinity pool also comes with a spa, and other bonuses out back include a sitting area with fire pit, sports court, and a serenity lounge, which seems like it's a yoga and meditation space. Trees also surround the property for even more privacy. Considering the Smith's main residence has a one-of-a-kind custom design inside, they may hire someone to reimagine this new residence as well. But since we mentioned their main home, why don't we just take a look for ourselves? As we already established, Will and Jada's long-time main mansion is epic. So epic, in fact, that it has its own zip code, and it looks more like a resort from aerial views. For such a massive space, the Smith family home is quite intimate and homey, mostly because that's the vibe Will wanted to create in the first place. Located in Calabasas, another celeb-filled neighbourhood, the Smith Compound sits on 150 acres of land and inside sends 25,000 square feet of space. Of course, there's an impressive number of rooms throughout the $42 million crib, including 9 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Will and Jada had everything at their family home custom-made by woodworkers, stonemasons and more, while the architect Stephen Samuelson took on the project of designing this place. Construction began way back in 2003 and didn't finish until the end of 2010. Will said about his home, Everything needed to be done by hand. We wanted to feel the love and labour that went into every piece of this place. More recently, just this year, a fire actually broke out at the residence and things are currently being fixed up. However, the fire was contained to only certain areas of the property. The interiors of the power couple's mega mansion is very earthy, with an adobe style. Not to mention, the place is full of handcrafted details, such as the front door, which was One of the living rooms in the mansion boasts views of the hills and an open concept, as well as touches from around the world to match the vibe of the rest of the home. The dining room has an orange colour scheme with wood accents, as well as a handcrafted table, while the kitchen boasts an island, large pantry and breakfast room. Other highlights in Will and Jada's main mansion include an atrium with a bar, a bowling alley, a recording studio, a crafts room, and even what's called a potting room for cutting flowers. The home movie theatre here is located in its own cinema wing, and it's reportedly designed in a Moroccan theme. The cinema wing boasts media storage, a projection booth, screening room, men and women's bathrooms, as well as another lounge. Moving outside, of course, there's a pool and plenty of space to enjoy sports, such as a full basketball court, volleyball court, tennis courts, and even a trampoline. Behind the sprawling home, there's a teahouse gazebo, as well as a small man-made lake with gorgeous views and an island, which apparently drew the Smiths to the property. That gazebo that sits by the lake is apparently Will's favourite spot because he goes there to think, and he has even said that answers come to him out there. According to records, the Smith compound also has a gymnasium that spans over 11,000 square feet with a greenhouse, and other goodies include a steam room, dressing room, and spa. The 150-acre property also offers 70 acres of open space, which the Smith-Pinkett family dedicated to public access and conservation, which includes streams, woods, with more than 100 oak trees, marsh areas, and a 20-foot-wide hiking and equestrian trail.
