Trying THAILAND MCDONALDS Food Review

I have a dinner to get to in a few hours, but absolutely starving right now I figure the best thing to do right now is grab something quick at the local McDonald's And when I was looking at the menu before coming here, the breakfast menu is what really stood out for me Unfortunately right now I missed breakfast So I'm gonna go grab lunch and we're gonna do breakfast maybe tomorrow morning, but check this out It's like 2 o'clock in the afternoon and this place is just packed jam-packed All right, so I got I got a little a little too much food these are things of course I don't see on menus at McDonald's in the US and I gotta say just a first glance some of these things look a lot Better in the pictures than they do on the plate. I mean that that goes without saying for most stuff, right? This is supposed to be the spicy basil beef and spicy basil pork. There's no basil on here Oh, I see a little bit of basil. There it is You know despite the fact that it's a chopped up burger patty This sauce is delicious and the burger patty is actually pretty good. It's nice and tender This whole thing just mixes really well with the rice. Rice is good quality. Can never go wrong with rice in Thailand This is a really nice combo. Incredibly saucy, a little sweet, like I said very spicy Some bites actually do have a basil-y flavor even though there's only like two leaves in here And I'm sure it would have been better if they actually used Specialized cuts of beef for this but for a $2 dish, I guess you can't ask for that And trust me you can do a heck a lot of worse for two bucks Wow, and this is the pork version obviously just diced up pieces of pork again Looked a lot better on the menu. It's all about the sauce I mean the sauce is on point. You can have broccoli here if you want it probably still tastes good And this is the samurai pork burger It's good, it's sweet, the pork is tender. The pork also has a smoky flavor to it I don't know if this would taste better than like a regular pork burger, but it's good. I think it's a good quality pork patty The pepper chicken burger looks like just like a regular thin chicken patty It's a little peppery. Just tastes like a regular chicken sandwich. It probably tastes a lot better with some of this chili sauce here For sure. The signature spicy chicken sandwich I had a really good one of these in Singapore and I figured I'd try it here. The patty, good sized chicken patty Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese That's a good sandwich. Crunchy, loads of heat Loads of heat. This is what I love about Thailand. Tons of spice everywhere. McDonald's, no exception This is the spicy kurobata pork burger It's got a big thick patty, a couple slices of onions and you can see it's covered in spicy chili sauce. I really love this. Big slab of pork, all that chili sauce The pork is so juicy. The spicy sauce reminds me of the sauce used on papaya salad Sweet, slightly citrusy. This is the spiciest burger I've ever had at McDonald's This is more than spicy. This is Thai spicy. They added some cilantro in here as well This is a winner. Everything is just really revolved around the spices and the sauce This is the Thai version of the Thai chicken rice. It's like crispy pieces of chicken. Some rice A couple things about this. Rice I love. Nice chicken flavor Really good and flavorful. The chicken itself, I mean, it's just a cut up Spicy chicken patty. A little dry Really not the best complement To the otherwise pretty good rice. This is the Patongo It's basically a fried dough and it comes with different dipping sauce I've got a few to try. I got a cheese sauce, a cherry sauce and then a spicy sauce I like this. It's basically the Chinese equivalent of a fried dough stick or youtiao. It's fluffy, airy, crunchy on the outside Let's try some of this cherry sauce Goes good with that too. This could be one of the best sauces McDonald's ever made This is much better than the so-called Sichuan sauce that they came out with. This thing, the dried chili sauce It really burns you. A little citrusy, a little sweet. This thing goes good with meat, goes good with dough, probably killer on salads Please bring this to the US McDonald's It's so yummy. Sweet creamy custard between just amazingly crunchy flaky crust McDonald's really know how to do their pies right. I still don't understand why they don't bring these pies to the US Why we're stuck with a boring apple pie for the last hundred years. This is the pineapple pie You know this is gonna be good. Oh, it smells great It's like a pineapple bomb. God, there's so much pineapple flavor. I bet You take the pineapple pie, dip it in some of this Cherry sauce. I'm telling you guys this pineapple pie is amazing That is so good. So pineapple-y. Corn pie cherry sauce In America, we need different flavor pies and we need different sauces This thing in the prosperity pie I had in Singapore. Oh man, there's just no comparison. Of all the McDonald's in the world We have the worst ones. My favorite savory item spicy pork sandwich by far. Dessert item Oh my god, that pineapple pie. Something else I try to get, they had a Thai iced tea here at McDonald's But they were sold out. Also the fried chicken which never showed up at my table. I'm gonna try to add this dried chili sauce onto my basil beef That was a pretty good meal. I'm sweating. My nose is running So pretty much same reaction after every single meal here in Thailand. Okay. Well two more hours to dinner That jazz is so smooth. They can walk up to anybody here and pick them up This is the shrimp wrap with vermicelli noodles. I had this a lot in Southeast Asia. Always awesome All right, so after that beautiful dinner, I'm at the night bazaar here in Chiang Mai. There's a lot of people a lot of things going on Let's just go walk around see what's there to eat. What's there to do? I don't know what's happening. So Yeah, let's just let's wonder So I should eat Worms Cricket. Yes, Worm Box Cricket. Yummy. Tastes like french fries Dip with the ketchup. Why do my friends here keep recommending cricket and worms. Wow, because it's so tasty. You've been to Chiang Mai You should try. This night bazaar has everything so food Clothing whatever you need, it's here This is the good one, this is good stuff This is called a plop plop. It's great. It's so good Riding a pickup truck in Chiang Mai is 30 baht a person anywhere you want to go All right, going back home got a pack tomorrow heading back to Bangkok and also Chinatown. Can't wait
