Fans have been wondering for quite some time now, where does Tyler the Creator live?
Well, it's always been a bit of a mystery, but recently he bought himself a new 8 million
dollar property so we can finally see where he calls home.
His Los Angeles mansion is stylish and super modern, offering features like an infinity
pool and a wing that was added on recently.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses and even though I've done a house tour of
my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe
for anyone.
Tyler the Creator has always been, well, creating.
When he was a kid he used to rip the covers off of some of his favorite albums so that
he could craft his own tracklists and cover art.
That was just the start.
Several years later he'd teach himself how to play piano, and before long he'd open
up his very own MySpace page where his name officially became the one we know him as today.
Over the course of the next decade, Tyler the Creator would go on to establish himself
as one of the preeminent voices in all of hip hop, and one of the most avant garde artists
of recent memory.
This is mostly thanks to his unique ability to fuse elements of jazz, mainstream rap,
underground hip hop, and theatrical eccentricity into one hugely entertaining package.
Now Tyler is a modern day renaissance man whose career has seen the release of two billboard
topping albums, not to mention a grammy award win and a net worth estimated to be in the
ballpark of around $16 million.
So where does a man this accomplished and this eccentric like to kick his feet up after
a hard day's work?
Well, according to recent reports, Tyler dropped a whopping 8 mil on a home that's rich in
history but, much like it's new owner, is very contemporary as well.
Hey guys, it's Kara the Vampire Slayer back with another exclusive house tour here on
Famous Entertainment, this time checking out the Bel Air mansion of Tyler the Creator.

into this video.
In the last four or so years of Tyler the Creator's career, his successes have multiplied
at an astounding rate.
Since 2017, he's charted two No. 1 billboard albums, won his first Best Rap Album Grammy
for Igor, signed a first look deal with Sony Picture CV, and worked on his side ventures
In other words, Tyler the Creator is drowning in cash like never before.
As you might expect, Tyler began cruising the Los Angeles housing market in search of
a home big enough to house his many accomplishments.
And guess what?
He managed to find it in the world famous residential neighborhood of Bel Air, California.
First built in 1965, this modernist house has gone through a series of iterations over
the course of its lifespan, the largest addition of which was the inclusion of a very noticeable
curved tail that extends out from the more modest original structure.
It's something that's really only noticeable from the aerial view of the property because
the home itself is totally secluded, tucked away at the very end of a quiet cul-de-sac
in the high hills above Sunset Boulevard.
In fact, not only does the home feature multiple walls of glass, but it also contains soaring
ceilings and an expansive stretch of lightly-colored travertine floors throughout its nearly 6,000
square feet of living space.
So what's Tyler got going on inside this new home?
Well, why don't we take a look inside to find out?
Stepping through the all-glass entryway of Tyler's new home, you'll find yourself
in a gallery-like front foyer that flaunts some stylish, vein-cut floors alongside a
stunning sculpture, a colorful mural, and a series of art pieces hanging along the far
wall.
A few steps further inwards, and you'll encounter the first epic space in the home,
the central living room, that offers an abundance of natural light, not to mention easy access
to that gorgeous backyard.
The living room also comes with a minimalist-inspired fireplace that no doubt does its best to
warm the home's occupants, and those open spaces on those rare chilly nights.
Or, you know, whatever qualifies as chilly in sunny Los Angeles.
Now, not far from the living room is an extremely formal dining area complete with a shimmering
chandelier up top, as well as some uniquely patterned wallpaper.
A stone's throw away from there is a gigantic kitchen with a massive center island that
comes across as very 90s thanks to having been carved from a huge block of travertine.
Thankfully, that's a look coming back in style these days.
Of course, those stainless steel Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances are top of the line as
well and really help make this space feel more grand.
As one of the most respected artists in the game, Tyler's new home also includes an
entirely on-point media room that pulls double duty as a library, officially making it the
room in the house that I'd probably spend the most time in if I was ever living here.
But something tells me he'll make plenty of use out of this space too.
Anyways, remember that new tail-like wing that was added onto the house over the years?
Well, that's where the master suite has been relocated to with a sizable bedroom,
a one-of-a-kind bathroom, dual walk-in closets, and a spacious office.
I mean look at this bedroom, not only does it offer a ton of natural light and a built-in
fireplace, but it's also got more than enough space for a gigantic bed and a series of different
chairs and seats as well.
Meanwhile, the bathroom is slathered in marble and offers a panoramic view of the outside
garden as well.
Seriously, standing in front of this sink each morning brushing your teeth must make
you feel like you're right in the thick of nature.
As for those closets, they're pure showroom and offer enough storage space for even the
The renovated wing also contains an unexpectedly massive office space which offers more shelving
than even someone with as many awards as Tyler.
Well, actually, he might just need each and every inch of that space before his career
is over and done with.
Rounding things out, there are a further 3 bedrooms in the home along with 3 en-suite
bathrooms that I'm sure are more than comfortable for any of Tyler's guests coming to stay.
Finally, if life's too hectic for him to have the time to hit the local gym, then he
can make things easy for himself by utilizing his own home setup, which boasts a treadmill,
a bike and a couple of weights so far.
Now, when it comes to Tyler's home exterior, the multiple renovations over the years have
wound up cutting into his potential backyard space by quite a bit.
In fact, the majority of room out here has been used up by a cement patio and an eye-catching
infinity edge swimming pool that overlooks the distant hills and surrounding pine tree.
There's also a super dramatic looking fireplace that's been built into the grounds that
offer up banquette-like seating.
I can only imagine how often Tyler is going to find himself out here over the next few
years, gaining endless amounts of inspiration from these jaw-dropping views.
Well guys, that about wraps up this house tour.
What do you think of Tyler The Creator's fantastic new home?
Do you guys think it compliments his personality?
Considering this house looks like one thing on the outside, but then turns into something
completely different on the inside, I really can't think of a better match for Tyler's
personality or his music.
You always go in expecting one thing with him, and find yourself amazed when he surprises
you with something totally else.
Here's to hoping that we get to see more of the interior of this place soon.
I can't wait to see how Tyler turns this space into something even more his own.
For now, be sure to let me know what you liked or didn't like about Tyler's home down
