A user test/interview is a precious opportunity to learn from real people. The insights can change the entire direction of a company let alone a product. Dee & Jon have run a bucket load of user interviews & want to share their tips on how to ask effective questions so you can get the most out of an interview!

Asking effective user test questions is not easy. It takes practice! But these two have some advice on how to make the most of your user test.
