If you’ve ever watched reality television series like “America’s Got Talent”, “Britain’s Got Talent”, “The X-Factor” or so many, many more -- then odds are you’ve probably noticed that Celebrity judge, Simon Cowell, has gone through something of a physical transformation over the years. Especially in the face. In the early 2000s, on series like “American Idol”, Simon looked like your ordinary, everyday, handsome celeb. And while fast-forwarding to the latter stages of the 2010s would prove that Simon’s face was still as smooth as a newborn baby’s bottom, something was most definitely off. I mean, did you ever really take a good look at him after his notorious 2018 facelift? If you haven’t, then go ahead and take a peek now – I’ll wait right here. Scary, huh? And look, you don’t have to just take my word for it because I’m about to go through the opinion of a series of different people, all of whom agree with me – and a couple of whom are even licensed, Doctors.
Before Simon Cowell would undergo a series of procedures to keep himself looking young
and rejuvenated throughout his highly successful entertainment career.
After Simon Cowell would come to his senses and realize that a decade's worth of plastic
surgery and touch-ups was turning him into something that even his own son couldn't
recognize.

Now let's get into this video.
Throughout the course of his impressive career, Simon Cowell has gone to some pretty extreme
lengths to stay beautiful.
That's probably because once you get a taste for something, especially something
like a rep for being handsome, it's a hard thing to let go of.
While Simon Cowell decided to put father time on notice when the media personality began
having regular Botox injections inserted into his face starting around the year 2009.
From that point forward, Simon would continue on with the treatment in the hopes of keeping
up his youthful appearance.
Speaking about his desire to stay young, Cowell once told Mirror Online,
In fact, over the years, his willingness to try just about anything has led to some extremely
awkward situations.
For instance, he once hired a woman in Los Angeles to wrap him up in cling film, followed
by tinfoil before then covering him in all types of oils.
Weird?
Sure.
And yet Simon kept going back to her for months.
He told Mirror about the procedure,
And yet, it's still not the weirdest procedure Cowell ever underwent.
That trophy goes to something much more bizarre.
He finished his conversation with Mirror Online by informing them,
I also had a sheep's placenta facial once, which was quite out there.
In the mid 2010s, Simon began to mellow out in terms of his beauty regimen, dropping the
more experimental procedures for regular facials, vitamin injections, exercise, and of course,
more Botox.
But then Simon went and got himself a facelift in 2018 that damn near turned him into a monster.
Simon may have been one of the very first male TV stars to ever admit to having regular
Botox injections.
But in 2018, he took a step too far when he underwent this nearly $3,000 facelift.
Simon went under the knife of Dr. Jean-Louis Stabog, a man with a 6 month long waiting
list in both London and Paris, who's been referred to in the past as the Picasso of
dermatology.
Well, if that's really his nickname, then I gotta say this doctor's work has more
in common with Picasso's cubist period than his other paintings.
Simon went into the clinic looking more or less normal in 2017, and then came out looking
like whatever this is.
Reminder, Simon paid that doctor good money to make him look like that.
Referred to as a silhouette soft lift, the procedure Simon underwent involved the sewing
of bioplastic-infused thread into the patient's face and neck, and then tugging at that thread
so as to remove any sagging skin.
Apparently for Simon, the only thing worse than being comprised out of materials that
aren't entirely 100% recyclable is the natural aging process.
When discussing how the procedure went, he told The Sun,
But Simon wasn't the only person that surgery hurt.
It also offended the good taste of a ton of people.
When images began making the rounds after his procedure, he was mocked relentlessly,
especially by UK comedians.
Individuals like Frank Skinner, who suggested that Simon's doctor, well, he might have
operated on him in the dark.
And that was just the start.
As for Simon's reaction to what happened, well, he'd simply roll with the punches.
Rather than take the criticism to heart, he'd continue on with his physical transformation.
Over the next few months, not only he went vegan, but he also had some extremely expensive
veneers installed in his mouth at around $4,000 per tooth.
Unlike his prior procedures, Simon's decision to have surgery on his teeth wasn't really
his call.
You see, in the summer of 2020, he was in a very scary e-bike crash that nearly left
him paralyzed.
Thankfully, he was able to make a complete recovery, and part of that was paying a visit
to Beverly Hills-based cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Apa, to receive a new set of veneers.
A procedure that took place over 2 appointments of 3 hours each, and included work on 28 teeth
in total.
An insider would later tell Page Six that Simon specifically requested that his new
teeth be smaller and less bulky than his originals.
Dr. Sarah Tonks from the Lovely Clinic in the UK was asked for her medical opinion on
Simon's operations.
And I'm telling you, she didn't hold back.
She began by telling the Daily Mail, it looks like an attempt had been made to soften the
wrinkles and lines around his eyes.
The two things together, here, have given this really sad appearance.
And that was just her opening shot.
She continued, he's got some volume loss in his forehead on both sides, which is not
helping his brow position, because the bigger your volume loss in your forehead, the lower
your brows will be.
Basically, it's Dr. Tonks' opinion that with over a decade's worth of regular Botox
injections, Simon's eyebrows have started to droop.
And she's not the only one who thinks so.
Nearly every single surgeon that the English media got in touch with to discuss Simon's
operation would suggest that from this point forward, he should stop seeking any further
treatment and try focusing on non-surgical ways to lift and tighten his sagging skin.
It might have taken him a few years to catch on, but finally Simon Cowell is now apparently
in agreement with everyone else.
While appearing at Nickelodeon's 2022 Kids Choice Awards this past month, Simon would
talk with reporters in the red carpet and admit that he had gone too far in his cosmetic
operations.
More than that, Simon would reveal that it was his 8 year old son Eric who ultimately
made him realize his mistake after his son fell into hysterics because he was unable
to recognize his own father after one of Simon's procedures.
Finally enough was enough.
From that point forward, Simon promised never to get another filler injected into his face
ever again.
Instead, he promises to go back to the basics of eating better and upping his water intake
to keep his skin as smooth for as long as he possibly can.
Reflecting on the choices he's made over his life, Simon told The Sun,
The only good thing of getting older is you have a lot of experience and it's not always
about the things you did well, it's also about the things you didn't.
Wise words, and hopefully a sign that Simon is serious about his new decision to just
say no to further plastic surgery.
As for whether or not he'll keep clean so to speak, well we can only wait and see.
Alright guys, that's gonna bring this before and after to a close.
