Installing a butcher block countertop in an RV remodel can be daunting. It is definitely worth the stress in the end. But before you cut holes in the real thing you may want to practice, like we did.

In this episode, we take you through the process of actually cutting a new sink hole in the countertop, following each step that will be required to install the sink in the RV.

But instead of cutting a hole in our $250 butcher block countertop and then finding out we did something wrong, we decided to practice with a piece of plywood.

Of course, things never go the way we plan. And even in our practice run we had several issues come up that we needed to fix.

But practice makes perfect, right? Or is it perfect practice makes perfect?
