In May 2022, it was reported that the couple had added on to their already extensive real estate portfolio, this time with a vacation getaway mansion in Montecito, California. Cameron dropped 12.67 million dollars for this recently remodeled estate that is said to boast traditional Mediterranean architecture with contemporary refinement, located in the Oceanside town. Montecito is a town in Santa Barbara County, California between the mountains and the Pacific Ocean which is much favoured among celebs. More specifically, Cameron's new home is in the ultra-exclusive guard-gated Annesbrook Enclave and of course, the 1.77 acre property is gated for additional security. The main villa on Cameron and Benji's new property is definitely the main attraction, spanning 10,823 square feet on the inside with 6 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 3 half baths. Not only does the main mansion sit high up on the sloped property, the position also gives the home views of the water. Walking into Cameron and Benji's new getaway pad, the foyer is a light-filled space with soaring ceilings, white walls, a grand curved staircase and elegant chandelier. Nearby spaces also offer high ceilings, premium finishes as well as a mix of marble and wide plank wood floors. Furthermore, the property is designed by A&R Signature Collections, a developer who sold plenty of ultra-lux homes to famous folks like Kylie Jenner, Demi Lovato and much more. Built in 2020, brand new for Cameron at the time of purchase, this mansion boasts a whopping 9,287 square feet of space. A long driveway leads past the gatehouse to the motor court and 3 car garage, then to the main house which is decked out in grey stucco with a metal roof. Inside you'll find 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms along with open plan living spaces and warm and neutral interiors. The family-sized living room has double-height ceilings, a staircase with upper-level gallery and a large, cozy fireplace, not to mention it opens right out to the gardens via glass doors.
