This Christmas Queen also released two holiday albums, with the first one in 2013 being the best-selling Christmas album of that year, while the other came out in 2021. Also in 2021, Kelly purchased her current family mansion in the Toluca Lake area of which she's no doubt decorated for the Christmas season. In July 2021, Kelly made a fresh start post-divorce from her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock for her and her kids, River and Remington, with the purchase of a new family mansion. The pop star snagged a stunning colonial style compound in the Los Angeles area of Toluca Lake for 5.4 million dollars. The purchase of the residence came shortly after Kelly sold her lakefront mega mansion in Tennessee after it sat on the market for 4 years. This home is on a leafy picturesque street with loads of privacy, and boasts an acre of land tucked behind gates and tall trees. Kelly's idyllic home was originally built in 1936, but updated in 2018 for all the modern creature comforts one might need. At just about 5000 square feet of space, it's somewhat smaller than the singer's former properties, which we'll look at soon, but this one still has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and plenty of space. Located about 45 minutes from the city of Nashville this gigantic property covers more than four acres of land with a 20,000 square foot brick mansion and inside there are seven beds, eight full baths and three half baths over three luxury levels. Now that's a massive house. Anyways this mansion is surrounded by trees and set up on the lake with plenty of privacy. A long gated drive leads to the front motor court with center fountain while inside the home is furnished with a country luxe style full of decadence. The grand foyer hosts a double staircase with wooden banisters and straight ahead there's a family room flanked by columns and on one side of the curved staircases there's a cozy library with black marble fireplace. Across from this is a formal dining room with wall of mirrored panels for some glamour and two massive crystal chandeliers. The double high great room boasts Corinthian columns, a huge wall of windows and an impressive carved stone fireplace. The cook ready kitchen is nearby and there are polished countertops, custom barnwood cabinets and an attached window lined breakfast nook. The kitchen also opened up to a family room with hearthstone fireplace. Kelly's Tennessee mansion had plenty of room for friends, family and any guests as you might imagine while the master suite was spacious offering a sitting area in front of a fireplace and a luxury master bath.
