1957-1958 Ford Del Rio - Ford's 2-door Sport Wagon

Following the short tenure of the luxurious 2-door 1956 Ford Parklane wagon, Ford rolled out the 2-door 1957-1958 Del Rio Ranch wagon (Del Rio for short) which was Ford's effort to market a genuine sport wagon. Initially Del Rio sales were excellent but soon tapered off. Never-the-less the Del Rio has cemented a place in automotive history as an attractive upscale classic sport wagon worthy of a place in any car collector's garage.
