📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
1. Dough
180ml(3/4 cup) Water
13 grams( 1 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
2. Fillings
450g (1 lb) Ground meat ( Beef, Poark or Chicken )
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
30ml (2 tbsp) Soy sauce
1g (1/8 tsp) Pepper powder
3g (1 tsp) Minced ginger
60g (1/4) Onion
30ml (2 tbsp) Cooking oil

230°C (450°F) bake for 12-15 minutes
