Hi, I'm Derek, the owner of the Brenton Beach House with Jean-Michel Baye and your host while you're staying with us. We're just a few minutes walk away from the Buttles Bay Beach which is a five kilometer beautifully white sanded beach where you could jog, walk, stroll or get to the other end and just have a hamburger, have a look back onto Brenton. It's the most awesome place to live. The Brenton Beach House is a four-star graded guest house. We have five suites, a honeymoon suite overlooking the ocean, two deluxe garden rooms overlooking a tropical garden with a pool and two standard rooms so we can accommodate between 10 and 14 people. Situated in Knysna, we're in the heart of the Gulf Mecca of South Africa, so we welcome all golfers to play on the Ketula, Samola, Vancourt etc etc. We can offer a good rates for these courses but believe me we don't only speak golf in this house. I'm your host, we'll make your breakfast and guide you as well as I can to your different destinations, attractions, walks, hikes and things to do in and around Knysna. Time for breakfast, fresh french bread this morning, freshly baked last night and ready for the guests. The beach house is what it is, it's a beach house. When you come in you'll want to kick off your shoes and get that sand between your toes walking on the beach and that makes me so happy when I see people really feeling at home in my home.
